It is always ahead of its camera game in each generation. Just people are used to one click heavy computational Samsung, google and apple phones. Sony's marketing strategy is just bad. But again, this is for people who are really into photography, regular people won't do PRO mode, and just let the AI do its own.

​@@SonyEuro you should fix the burned pixels in manual modes, and the LED light by software upgrades for older Xperia 1 devices; the noise reduction algorithms that are so far beyond any other device same class. Plus, HDR is not great for any scenario mostly night shots and the front camera is 3MP at most with fixed not allowing far distance subjects to be clear. I am a member of a dying Sony die hard fan group and these are true; issues were never fixed and never listened from Sony Euro Customer Support nor Japan by letters and proof! SHAME!

I got the my Xperia 1VI last wensday and use it now for 3 day the first thing blow me away is that telefotolens this macro capebilties are insanely good and you can get very close to asubject up 4 centimeter i tok some shoots and that is incredible how sharp the detail of flower is . And the full resolution of 48 MP is also insane all that detail can see . And the batterylife is fantastic . Sony really did a excellent job with the new Xperia 1VI

One the best of Sony Xperia is the screen color tone, it's really natural vivid unlike Samsung gave over vivid and warm fake display, another best spec is speaker sound, Sony keep improving gen by gen, front facing, noticable bass tone, nice surround sound and details.

I change to Xperia 1VI from Xperia 1II about 2 weeks ago, the 1 VI have a huge improvement, better camera, speaker and battery life. Also it still keeps a 3.5mm headphone jack and using a normal screen without a stupid front camera hole. This is a great design. But still have something need to improve. This time only have one camera apps and all things grouping in one, the UI are simplified and easier to use it, except the pro mode. The UI of old photography pro apps are much better than the pro mode of the new camera app, the old one shows the setting menu on the right side of the screen directly, i can see all things and change it. but now I need to tap the Fn button to show the setting menu every time. it is complicated than the old one.

Ordered today with delivery expected tomorrow … i briefly had a 1 v and wasn’t sure about the new form factor of the 1 vi but really it’s a no brainer … a really decent piece of tech with amazing cameras and that understated Professionalism that only Sony can offer .. to be honest it makes some of the other flagships look like toys with their garish colours and gimmicks .. step forward googles temperature sensor ! Got it a few days ago and I'm blown away! My daily driver is Xperia 1 IV so I can clearly see all the improvements and I love it. Much better camera software and hardware, mighty meaty speakers and awesome battery - perhaps made by aliens as they are so good! Nobody mentioned that finally, we have really powerful torch! Comparing to mark IV is like comparing Sun to the Moon! Textured back panel and frame adding unbelievable grip and the screen is crisp and super bright! In my opinion, The Best Sony Xperia phone ever! 😍🥰❤️‍🔥🤩🔥💪🏻👏🏻

It’s a great news videographers tool that can stream RTMP right out of the box. Perfect that I can connect my Sony a7R5 to it when I need even longer telephoto reach or XLR audio connectivity. It’s using USB-C so a very easy and secure connection. Far better than small HDMI-ports. Sony Xperia 1 iv is the best news gathering phone ever!

Hi Anderson, If you're referring to creating a PNG watermark on pictures taken with Xperia, our Xperia phones don't have a built-in feature to add PNG watermarks on images. You will need to use a 3rd party app to add the watermark on the images. If you're referring to something else, please reply with more elaboration to be able to advise further.^Omnia

A huge request to the manufacturer! Please correct the software processing of photographs using a telephoto lens. Many users who purchased SONY Xperia 1 VI complain about the quality of photographs taken using a telephoto lens. Fix this to make your phone even more enjoyable! Hope it improves!

Nice video. Bokeh mode in my opinion is the worst that Sony added to the Xperia. So fake the background. Sony should keep focusing on their own philosophy from 1 - 1mkV, VI deviates a bit in my opinion. I broke my 1mk V but then bought a Pro I, and wait for the next gen for Pro or 1mk VII

i'm gonna be a bit of a hater, but it's more a frustration because this phone could've been perfect.. but unfortunately it is not. First of all, all the pictures in this video are absolutely amazing, but all of them are edited, a bit of marketing right here, most users that want a phone would not like the idea to edit every shot they take. The problem here is that the auto mode of the camera, it's literally trash, i'm sorry but it's true, the camera on auto is not good at all compared with other phones in this price tag, most users will want sometimes to just take the phone out of the pocket shoot a shot and put it back, and that shot should be amazing, we, as users, do not have an entire day to create the perfect shots in nature, and also another half day to edit all of them, i mean don't get me wrong, i understand that this phone is not made for the average iphone / samusng / xiaomi user, but if you want to attract more users into buying it, you have to step back a bit and make the phone a bit more "beginner" friendly. It's 2024 and this phone still has those big ugly edges in the top and bottom, i can kinda understand their purpose, but you could make them a bit smaller. The cameras are good, but as i said, the auto mod sucks, i have seen some comparisons on youtube, and the ones that are not sponsored by you guys... suck, like the camera barely keeps up with other flagship phones (i repeat, in auto mode). I personally will be going towards an s24 ultra, yes yes hate about it, it's a trash camera bla bla, i know its sensors and processing is no where near the sony's, samsung tend to be more artificial looking, but that phone offers a lot for it's price, i prefer takeing pictures in auto and know they are good, and in some cases use raw app from samsung and deep dive intro photography and editing, than knowing that i should always wrap my head around raw photography settings knowing that auto mode sucks and i can not trust it's capabilities. I hope you take this comment with a grain of salt, i just hope i will one day see sony having "the best camera phone of the year", because this is the right direction, but there's a lot to improve at this series.

As being fan as usual sony makes their fans disappointed. They never hear their fan. They are still in the market but seems like they are not. There is lots of thing to get from a flagship phone but they are never successful on it. Interesting but true they can easily implement face id they have the space on buttom and upper. Theey must be good on stability and zoom camera is amaizing but there is a lotbof thing to improve stabilization, sensor, video quality like this. They must make their Ultra wide angle wider. Hi Sony, please be brave and make phones only with the best camera sensors and the best Lenses, do not use small sensors ! Do not make phones with "bumps", make the phone thicker, phones today are too thin ! For my large hands, I often have problems holding a thin phone, a thicker phone will be nicer to hold and the will be more space to larger sensors and better Lenses !
