@@ConstantineSPhotography for street fotography you need active steady shot,with acive steay shot 16mm sigma gets 35mm and thats the very good mm for street fhotografie.All the big fotografers use 35mm for the street fotografy.You can also buy the 35mm sony with o.i.s. for 350,00 dollars its a very good lens.i have him my self like the Sigma 16mm.On the apsc sensor the 35 gets 52.5mm without active steady shot but the lens have self o.i.s. inside what the new sony 35mm of 600,00 dollars dont have. i wish you luck with your channel and very nice days (i am sorry for my broken English) Greetings from Amsterdam

@@cookingwitharunkumar you're using Sony ZVE10 but the lens is for Canon, so naturally it won't fit. Try reaching out to the store where you purchased the lens and see if you can return it and change it to Sony E mount

The Sigma 16mm f1.4 in this video fits your needs perfectly. But if you want more background separation I think Sigma 30mm f1.4 is also a great option but with narrower view.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I think the ZV E10 and Sigma 16mm work greatly for food photography, but since neither of them have built-in stabilization, you might consider using a gimbal for video (or use catalyst browse software for stabilization).

I have the same combination. I use it also for food Videos and it's super nice!! I'm using also the DJI SC2 for video. For photography specially food I would recommend something like 50mm the food will look so much better and delicious;)

You're welcome. Glad I can help. If you want a lens that covers all needs, I would recommend Sigma 18-50mm F2.8. It's a standard lens, so it will be enough for everyday use, and it has F2.8, so it can create nice bokehs, definitely enough for food photography.

It is possible that you're using active steadyshot, which will crop in 40%. Go to video mode, turn the steadyshot from active to off, and you'll have the normal framing.

For zoom lens, I would recommend Sigma 18-50mm f2.8, for prime lens, if you think 16mm is too wide, maybe Sigma 30mm f1.4 will be easier for composition. It depends on what you want to shoot, portrait, street photography... or maybe some other theme?

16mm is your best all rounder lens. I’ve watched a lot of reviews, everyone says 16mm with the ZV is a perfect combo Ideally you should eventually get the trifecta 16mm 30mm and 56mm

Yeah, I agree with @Michael Da Re, especially if you are making videos at home. If you don't have too much space, 16mm can be very helpful to give you a wider frame.

hoi,i like your video very much.you have 2 things wrong or maybe i anderstand wrong:while charcing you can use the camera you can take movie or foto's and your sigma 16mm f1.4 is with active steady show becomes 35mm.this is a apsc sensor so the sigma 16mm is on this camera a 24mm but when you activate the stady shot the 16mm lens get +- 35mm.you have with 16mm 2 lenses in one;24mm and 35mm plus you have

Hi, thanks for your comment! 1. Yes you can charge the camera while using it, but will need a usb cable. 2. You're right, I didn't consider the sensor factor when I made the video! But when I use the lens plus steadyshot, I still feel a little inconvenient. I have to stand pretty close to people to get a frame I want.😅😅

@@ConstantineSPhotography You must put the steady shot on active:you have standard and active.When you put on active you get crop and 16mm get 35.mm.If you only want to take movie while charging with USB that's possible but you must put the USB on multi.You don't need HDMI cable.For what you want to use the HDMI cable for. I am sorry I don't want to boring you but it's the fault of Sony camera's menu system.

Lens is one of the best for APS-C this camera is cheaper and bad for vlog and all . I got a6600 better battery Z100 for me is the best battery use with Sony full frame camera too .I don't recommend to buy Sony zve10 the worst investment in this type of camera if you have more money buy A6400 or a6600 if the most expensive but the most feaure and battery life.
