Basically Ashutosh was an employee in the company. The biggest mistake Kishor did was bringing Ashutosh along with him to Shark Tank. Only founders/owners should come, otherwise the sharks will do what these sharks did...created a split among the two and spoilt the company. You can't totally blame Kishor....after all he took the risk and invested his money and created the company structure...the problem is he didn't bother to learn any technical details about the company and depended totally on Ashutosh, so what happened was bound to happen.

A company where the second in command whos'driving shit loads of value isn't treated fairly can never make it big. So Kishor would've built a small boutique business until the sales would've plummeted (for which Ashutosh would've been blamed) but not a worth-remembering startup like Bewakoof or Souled Store.
