It would have made their presentation better another idea would have been to develop an APP on where this can be taught then at least you ah e something patented and that’s yours then you can argue that by the time they learn it look I’ll expand my base and they should have used the apps numbers like customer engagement and all such. Presentation was good but lacked essential items
