Great breakdown Josh, RB 1 is XRob. Only problem is Murray doesn’t wanna play him. Going forward they should red shirt him. Put Hicks in along with Franklin the rest of season and Barnes if healthy. Surely Venables can see this.

@themondaymorningidiot At the 8:33 mark (game clock) its the 2nd play of the vid. 1st and 10 after XRob just picked up 11 and a 1st. The DB is 12 yards off Deion Burks.... How is this not an automatic check? This happened a lot in the 4tg qtr. I cant complain bc XRob picked up 8 on the play... But a perfect scenario to get the ball quickly to Burks and let him work in space. 🤷🏻

He looked good in the spring game. Robinson looks like an NFL back now, and we haven't even used him. This coaching staff needs to step it up.

That's a question for Demarco Murray, we had another run away train of a running back that ran over people on contact as does Xavier Robinson, in Tywee Walker, who Demarco, wouldn't play and ran off to Wisconsin, where he's doing really good.

I called it at the beginning of the game. I knew they'd put Robinson in but not hand him the ball and wait until almost the end of the game to use him and he'd show he's the best back by far.

The line blocking wasn't that great. Hell, Johnny Walker kept charging way upfield and OU just ran underneath him. Didn't need to block him hardly at all.

There have been plenty open, but JA gets that deer in the headlights look, then tucks and runs. He's done this many times, with as many as 5 receivers wide open.

This is the problem with BV. He isn't making the correct decisions that it take to win on a consistent basis. I am tired of hearing we need to play the more experienced players. Bull crap! You put the best players on the field. You only learn from your mistakes and clearly BV hasn't learned from his.

Yeah that’s true. Brent has shown he is a. Good coordinator. My fear is starting over on defense and seeing who gets Bates and our d linemen when Ou moves on.
