Hi Flo. I am a subscriber of yours and I just want to say that you should not lose hope. All channels have their golden ages and all of them flop some day. I know what you are going through. As a small gacha creator, I was stuck on 200 subs for the longest time. Until, a vid of mine went viral (for my standards) and now I have 10k subs. (My channel's golden age) However, ever since, it has been slowing down and I was experiencing the worse burnout in my life in that time which was the majority of the break. I had a lack if not, ZERO motivation. In conclusion, every yt channel flops at least once in their life and I am sure that it wont as time goes on. I believe in you, Flo! ❤

putting to much energy into getting views and then losing motivation might be your problem. and feeling dissapointed because your hard work isnt getting recognized is valid absolutely, but i feel like focusing too much on the views can be really disheartening sometimes. so i recommend focusing less on your views, but also if your losing motivation dont push yourself to upload. i know for me personally my work is at its best when i make it fully motivated. i wish you luck on reinventing yourself :)

I feel the struggle here. Seeing lower views really hit ourselfesteem. It's like: I'm trying my best and It's still not working. Maybe I'm a bad youtuber after all? Maybe I'm doing everything wrong. I think that many youtubers felt that way after seeing their channel flop. Of coruse there is way to imporove your channel by getting deeper into Yt lore, how algoritms works. Shut there is even pay website where they tell you if you thumbnail is clickble enough to boom on youtube. But then it's seem more like a chore then a passion project or something you make because it is something you like. On that time I just remember my gf words saying "HONEY STOP BIGGERING" and yk? There is a weird point. KZbin is really addictive when it comes to it. We as humans like when numbers grow bc of grades, money etc. So obviosly it's not enough for us and we want bigger, better, faster! And this is a point when youtube trap us in addictive cricile to get more and more without having fun of our projects. Coming back to what you want (storytelling and lore) it's great idea! Even if those videos gonna get only like 10k or 30k views monthly I think it's enough to be happy with stable amount of fandom that you can concat with, have fun with and it's really not needed more. Even scrolling through old comments saying that you are amazing can make you feel better then scrooling through channels that have milions of views thinking "man why I'm not that person" because that old comment says a lot. That person, a real person (in this scenario not AI) decided to watch your video and comment. They take their time like I rn and type something under your video. And yes maybe others get more comments yes. But hey remember that one time when you get your first comment? Remember that happines that your video get further then your friend? Remember that moment and try to enjoy it from to time again. Becuase that is the goal of our life. Not how much we get but if we could be happy with what we have. Becuase if we not. What's the goal of having it?

I mostly haven't been watching because I haven't had as much access to my phone, and I usually have to be in a specific mood to watch serious commentary. You don't have to change anything, it's just my brain being weird, and having an inconsistent attention span. I will try to watch more of your videos, and share them to help them along. Well my suggestion would be that you could do many things at a time like experiment :D for example you could make an commentary video than a lore video than a trend of some sort and them jump back to commentary. You could do which ever one you find more interesting. If you feel your channel is at it's lowest then do whatever thing you enjoy and the youtube algorithms enjoys too :D

I think the reason why is either everyone has gone back to school or commentary videos arent interesting as they used to be. As content creators, we should find video types that others find interesting. But hey, I suggest doing smth else like gaming, animation, or other stuff! Mix some stuff up w/ the commentary, who knows! Maybe gaming videos or animations are the ones that will bring ur channel to thrive again!

Flo I'm saying this in an helpful way, not to be rude, but I think the content you bring us is getting too repetitive for some people and they just don't have that much interest in your channel anymore, maybe try uploading some different content and see what could happen? KZbin doesn't randomly "shadowban" people, it just puts you on a corner if the videos don't do well, try uploading shorts, those usually boost your channel up a bit !

Anyway.... since you kinda asked for suggestions in the video.... hmmmmMMmmmmMMMMMmMmmMmmMmm *thinking noises* What about.... a video on the closure of Gacha Party, the Gacha MMO game that was being made but stagnated. Or... Make a good ol' fashioned mini movie using either: Gacha Studio, Gachaverse, or Gacha life. Classic, haha! Or... collabs/fake collabs. I had an idea a long time ago to make a chain collab that was each gachatuber participating would have their OC using a radio, and receiving Morse code from the last person, and then calling the next person.
