Praying for y’all! My husband and I are in a similar situation. We have been married for 4 years now and have been in 1 bedroom apartments the whole time. We have been going through infertility and lost 3 babies. The lord has really been putting fostering and adopting in our hearts, but you need more than a 1 bedroom apartment to be able to do that. We want to open our hearts and home to a child that needs us, as well as us needing more space ourselves! It’s such a sucky time to be looking for housing right now 😭 . We will be praying for you guys that everything will work out with this house and would ask that you can please pray for all of us too who are in the same situation! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️ thanks for reminding me today to pray specifically for our needs and reminding me that God can work any miracle no matter how big or small or unimportant. My husband and I prayed together now and he wanted me to tell you we'll continue to pray until your blessing comes ❤ Please pray for him bc he's been very sick for a year and a half since a heart attack at 45 years old without a sound diagnosis of his other health concerns which earned him to be terminated from his job for being hospitalized too often. His spirit was almost crushed when they texted him his termination from his job while in his hospital bed hooked up to IV with dehydration. But he understands God doesn't close a door without opening another so we're believing for complete healing and a better future whether it's another job or not bc we trust in the Lord as our Provider and he's blessed me to be celebrating 15 years in March with my employer 😊

I had that problem renting. 5 people would see a place the day it was listed & wouldn't get it. It took almost 6 months for a property my realtor managed to be available & she showed me before it was officially listed. It's definitely an upgrade for me, dishwasher & no more laundromat even though it's a shared laundry space but I got to start the new year in a much better space. Realtors that will bend those rules are such a blessing!

We were praying while you were talking. I just want to encourage you and the precious family that you bought the house from, that Our Great Big God, doesn’t do anything halfway. When He provided you with the house, He’s preparing a house for that precious family, at the same time. I’m praying that God leads that precious family to the house, that He has for them. I prayed” Lord, we need a house, and someone needs to get rid of theirs”.My husband and I prayed together, also. We looked on the web for houses. We went to look(that wasn’t the only day that we looked for houses), in an area. Someone there told us about another area. We bought a house the next day which was a Sunday. God is so good!! Since then we bought another house. God sold ours and provided the one that we are living in now. I just wanted to encourage you to let you know, what God, did for us and what He did for you, He will do for that precious family that you bought the house from. 🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻

I am in awe of your faith. My faith is so shaken right now. I’m homeless struggling to find a place to live, something I can afford. I have prayed and I feel so alone, I don’t feel like God is there for me, if he was why wouldn’t he help protect me and provide a warm safe place for me instead of my car? I don’t understand how he seems to constantly support your entire Bates and extended family and yet my family has struggled my entire life. Nothing has ever been easy. I’m glad your faith has helped you guys out but clear God picks and chooses who he helps. My family, me are not ones he chooses to help.

We just moved in January 2nd after 3 months of renovating and repairing. Oh the roller coaster of emotions and we're Not pregnant! Haha It's terrible though and I totally understand your feelings! I spent at year looking for a house. They were all over my budget or they weren’t worth the $40,000.00 or $50,000.00 over asking I would’ve had to offer to get it. I couldn’t even find a housing addition to build something that was under $300,000.00. So, I decided to post some thing on our local community Facebook page in late August 2021 to see if anyone was thinking of selling and hadn’t listed because they were dreading clean up, staging, and showing their house. And who wanted to save money by not using a realtor. Needless to say, I had two different property owners reach out. And I closed in December on one of them at a fair market price of $175,000.00 (included adding a new $5,000.00 HVAC system and $5,000.00 check at closing for new appliances). They were happy and I was ecstatic!
