Another great vid :) I appreciate the subtitles you have written out too. The font is so cute! Is there a reason you like to slice your backing cards and do the individual corner cuts rather than running your paper through the Cricut and getting them sliced with the rounded corners that way?

Hi Juliette!! It's honestly just faster for me to slice them and corner round them! It would take more effort too for me to load and unload the mats

i've snapped a few of my mats in a few places, i still use them with tape on the back but watch that you make sure you load your mats right otherwise the cracks can catch and warp the mat and ruin the whole cut, if your mat starts to raise on one of the corners while it's moving back and forth make sure you stop it asap!!

Wow, seeing and hearing how much everyone is struggling with their cricut is so puzzling. I had to do a lot of calibration, trial and error with mine but it eventually worked out. I feel so bad watching you struggle and even how the mat cracked. ; n ; I hope it works out for you in the end!

Aah honestly I’m glad that the Cricut worked out for you!! Mine would be so temperamental - some days work and some days not.... I got too fed up with it!! I ended up making the switch to Silhouette and it’s been smooth sailing since 😁❤️
