Erm…Why not the liver? My gran and my mum used to use all the giblets in the chicken stock. I loved the soup, but hated having to eat the giblets. Then again, as a child, if I was really hungry…😄🤷🏻‍♀️

Some people don't like the taste of liver. I don't, but he made pate from chicken livers that I actually wouldn't mind trying.

What's the difference between broth and stock? I thought that bones and herbs made it a stock, but I have no real knowledge of this stuff lol.
