Sooo nice 😌 I know I could listen to lots of different sleep podcasts, but it is so helpful to have one specifically for this kind of pain. I feel less alone, thank you, Fenna.

I like the soothing podcast. I have been in this pain for 5 years. I actually had a work up with a heart specialist. The heartbreak is real and the pain and grief are real. I hope it will stop soon and I can be free.

Slowly 🐌 it will, very slowly, but also surely. Good luck knitpaint. You are not alone.

@ I am much better now. Went no contact with the avoidant partner about a year ago now. For the finale time. Not going back.

These podcasts are such a tremendous help for me when I wake up in the night in grief. I get back to sleep before the video is over because you are so soothing and empathetic ❤️ thank you

The colour green was also the colour that I associated with my LO. He had greeny blue eyes and would often wear an olive green shirt. It was very painful that first spring when the snow melted and everything turned green.

Many thanks for the share Fenna. Good to feel understood (though from the sounds of things you went through a lot worse than I am currently experiencing). You have a very nice soothing voice too and I will do my best to bear in mind the positive things that you said.

Fenna! Thank you so much for your videos! I’m five months into a “no contact” with my former friend and LO. I think she has narcissistic tendencies, and “love bombed” me, and treated me like emotional “supply”. Whenever we got into a romantic situation, she would agree, then ultimately refuse, which lead to constant frustration. You and Dorothy Tennov have helped me to better understand how my actual experience is “limerence”. The pain is quite real, but the object and imagined possibilities are not. I appreciate your transparency and guidance through this new experience for me. You’re helping me avoid a lot more pain, and helping me get back to myself quicker. Hopefully this will lead to an actual sustainable relationship!

❤❤❤ Could you make a specific video focused on dealing with trauma syndrome in the aftermath of a breakup? Triggers, flashbacks, dreams, emotional jolts that you get from seeing their photo even months into no contact etc. Some tools to help stabilize the nervous system and get yourself back into reality. Thank you Fenna!

Thank you for sharing your story. Is talking about your limerent episode not a trigger for you? When I talk about my LO then I become very very sad.

I am the same. If I talk or think about my LO it hurts but less than 2 years ago.
