When I don't want light I put a piece of light cardboard over the screen. The backing from an A4 sized lecture pad works on my laptop. Hope this helps.

I sleep to these every night and it really helps me Lately since December I've been suffering from Insomnia which I still am but every time I listen to these and lay my head down...I'll be sleeping in an instant😇😇😐😞 If you dont know Insomnia is when A person cant sleep at all Like I go to bed at 9:30 and wake up again at 11 and not be able to fall asleep again So a person with It gets around 30 minutes of sleep every 3 days....some are different....but this is just me😐 Thank you Soothing Relaxation and keep it up❤❤😇😇
