Soothing Relaxation I suffer a lot with sleep paralysis due to my anxiety/paranoia. My anxiety effects me most when I'm alone which is kind of a problem when u r single and trying to sleep in your bed 😂 but I found that listening to these piano songs helped me relax enough to sleep without my brain waking up in my paralysis stage of sleep (we all have different sleep stages, one of them is of our body paralysing itself to preserve energy. Some people's brains wake up during the paralysis stage and end up not being able to move for about 5 mins or so. It's scary) So thanks for posting these, it's one of the only things that helps me not stress and have a decent nights sleep x 🖤

hello.. my mom was hospitalized on march 24th 2017. I stayed with her at the hospital every night. to help her sleep I found this on KZbin and played it every night. On Monday April 3rd she stopped responding & wouldn't open her eyes. I layed in the hospital bed with her, got my phone and played this Music, 30 minutes later she took her last breath n shortly after that, her heart stopped beating. My mom passed peacefully on Monday 04.03.17 at 11:37 am. Thank you.

Thanks, I wrote that when I thought I was happy, I am not doing too well, bc of depression I just want to drink, eat, and stay in my room with my cat, I am ALWAYS tired, no matter how much I sleep, my mom thinks I should just sleep even earlier, I don’t even want to, what’s the point if I am still gonna be tired, lately I have been thinking about self harming, no one would notice since I have cat scratches from playing with my cat, so it will just blend right in, but I don’t think I am THAT sad, at least not yet..

I gave birth to my 5th child while this was playing. I can't say I was actively listening in the last intensity of that time but to hear this music playing again in those sweet moments after birth was precious. Hi guys, just scrolling through the comments and man it’s just amazing how a simple thing like this instrumental video can bring so many people together and all sharing their experiences in life. We know very little to nothing about each other but knowing that there’s people out there going through the same experiences sharing their stories, supporting one another is truly amazing and heart touching. I’ve been listening to this music ever sense I was 4-5. I’m now 11 and try so music still soothes me to sleep like a baby. This music holds memories to me like no other, such as times to listened to it in online third grade class cause my teach was boring or I was having a rough day so I would Sri k this music on and rock myself to sleep and all the pain would just go away like a lost soul finding the light it’s been searching for. I found this music after years of not eying able to find it and I’m so happy o did because it still luls me to sleep like a doves song, please continue to make sleeping music for all so we can all enjoy it with the love like I do.

Remember there is always someone who love you. I got hurt when someone hated me, I always ask “Why? What did I do to them? Why did they hated me?” But I stay strong and always tell myself “Not everyone will like you and that okay. Just be strong and be positive.” When something bad happened, I try to look at the positive sides. This music really help me relax and makes me think about everything I did wrong in past. I want to be a better person. We only have ONE life, so chose the right thing to do even when nobody is watching you.

may everything work out for you very soon, despite how tough it gets you are important and u will heal and live a happy successful life. Stay strong, do what u need to to rest or when able to try to do one thing that you feel would make u feel better, the universe sees your efforts and all you want in life is here, u just have to align with those positive feelings more of the time. reach for thoughts that feel good when your overwhelmed, maybe try something née like meditation when you feel like u have sudden energy. All happens within divine timing🙏🏽

I am always depressed too. Here is my long story: I was always depressed. For a very long time, i think of locking myself up into the room and never talk to people again; even my relatives and family. The reasons why is this: my father left me 10 years ago and we didn't see him; he didn't call to us or come back here in Manila; and we never received any news from him. I have no idea where he is now; I have no friends because they never joined me at the game (not in the gadget) because they say I have asthma but I didn't have it; and they bullied me for some reason; and I hear voices; some are nice, some are rude. But my parents didn't believe me. They say that is just my imagination; but I hear it every day, all the time. Last Monday, I told my "worst" enemies and my English teacher (who ask us if we are ok) if I'm okay. I did tell them I was depressed. One of them kept messaging during our lesson. That felt me better and I took a picture of the quotes she said so I wouldn't forget what she said. I would never forget that day. I haven't told them I was depressed for a very long time; and I hear voices. I'm thinking about my suicide or self-harm before that. But the quotes the viewers commented? It also made me better. I am still new to the channel; but I was amazed by his skills at playing the piano. I also liked the music a lot. Maybe I'll subscribe to this channel soon. Sorry for my very long story; But yeah, this is my story that I want to share with you. Also, may the Lord bless you. @VEADA ERTHA that's sad. I had another story: I have a problem controlling my emotions (due to my hallucinations) i don't know what to do and i questioned myself, "Who am i? Why am i here? Am i a fool to everyone?" I had a hard time sleeping, studying and whatnot. I'm kind of getting crazy sometimes; but i want to tell my adviser what is going on to me including my subject teachers. They never know who am i in the "inside"; But only my English teacher knew what is going on to me. I wrote it on my essay: "As for me, who suffers from depression and hearing voices" i wrote that up for my English longtest 2 weeks ago. Surprisingly, i was the champion of Math and AP (araling panilipunan), and i was a honor student for 3 years. I never expect that. I was very happy i got the blessing from the lord. However, most of my teachers was in another school. I want to tell it to my other teachers who was still my teachers until today. I want to see a psychologist after quarantine to see what is my real illness. I know this is long but it's already going to turn 12 pm here and i need to sleep now :)

You change you not other people and when time comes when we become successful in life lets all meet here and remember the nice memories we had with our family always love and respect your family while you still have them me and my brother usually fight and i wish he was gone somewhere when he went to college i missed him so much now before its too late go love them. And your perfect just the way you are.
