Thanks, application fee you have to pay it all at once. Tuition fees you can pay by each semester. Some universities have payment plans where you can pay each month. But that you’d have to check with the university.

There is no rules that mention an age limit when applying for studies in Canada. Although the visa process is supposed to be tougher if you are older and have a study gap. In your application you will have to show home ties, adequate funding and justify your study gap to have a chance to get a study permit.
