Great insight, Chris! Defining impact strategy is undoubtedly a fundamental step, and mapping data to the strategy can provide continuous learning.

I really like these videos, but it is a bit confusing about the order of them. Is there a way you can add numbers to titles to clarify the order, if there is one? Or a provided a suggested list of viewing? The playlists aren't very clear either. Thank you :)

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you. We are still adding 1 video a week and many early-stage videos are still in pipeline. I will correct them in the "Monitoring and Evaluation" course but please note that may are still missing. I would love to know if 1) Content makes sense? 5 = Strongly Agree, 1 = Strongly Disagree 2) Quality of Content Useful? 5 = Strongly Agree, 1 = Strongly Disagree 3) Is content actionable? 5 = Strongly Agree, 1 = Strongly Disagree Yes, there is a lot of background to cover. Please start here: www.sopact.com/social-impact-measurement-framework Your feedback is valuable and please keep sharing the same when you video.

@@SoPact To answer: 1) 3 2) 5 3) 3 :) It's also confusing how the text under the title doesn't necessarily correlate with the video. I know this is 10x more graphic design and video editing work and it's not necessary right now, but it may be helpful to splice the speaking text with PPT slides or something. Right now it is *so* *fast* and I as a native English speaker had to keep rewinding to understand and take notes. I can imagine for a non-native speaker it would be difficult to follow. But seriously, above all, these are extremely helpful as a framework for understanding. As far as my research has shown, your videos are the most helpful I have seen too understanding M&E in the social impact sector.

@@poppyflowers7897 Thanks. It is useful to know where we stand. We are trying to simplify some complex topics. Making it useful is a bit challenging. I know content is delivered in a fast pace style. I will ask Chris to slow down a bit. This kind of video is designed to grab challenging topics and simply provide details in a short time. Our research has shown that most people do not read as before. Even long video they lose attention span. They are technically not course or training. Just concept video. We are building a more hands-on video that will give a more in-depth understanding of the concept and make it more actionable. For the next 6 months, this is all going to be random, but everything will come together when all done!

@@SoPact Yep, yep, I totally get it. And I hope you find my comments useful, because they are to be more constructive than critical. I totally get that these are concept videos. The interesting thing is that I find that if videos are spliced with my graphics or texts (loved the examples) it will hold my attention longer than if just speaking straight through.

Maybe next time you can present how any of these has been done by an organization, and what are the results, the challenges, and the recommendations to make usage better.
