The brighter pink blush is actually really pretty. It’s such a fun and youthful looking color and as long as it’s not too bright/too bold it could still look somewhat natural. I’d definitely recommend trying it with the same pink tones on the eyes 🩷✨

Hi Sophie! I work for Laura Mercier. We always advise our clients not to use the likes of powergrip/hydrogrip primer with serum based foundations as it is notorious for rolling on the skin. Basically the serum based formula of the foundation and gel base of the primers just don't really get on and will pil easily on the face. Hope this helps!

Also, the real flawless powder isn't a transfer product of the translucent loose powder! It's a newer product thats meant to be used as a finishing powder, not a setting powder. :)

I'd love to see a colour theory kinda video doing the same makeup with and without tan (obviously changing foundation and concealer). I always feel like my makeup goes so different when I'm tanned so would love to see how the different shades work!

yeah. Some people lighten their skin or do a fake tan and it changes things. I'm super pale but I have a more warm-neutral undertone, and a lot of the pale skin foundations can be too pink sometimes.

I actually think that this is the first time I thought like "wow what a perfect foundation match!". I guess like many people who self tan, you use to rather go for a warm undertone even though you're probably more neutral. Also, I have to agree with the other comments, that this blush shade with the eyes is one of the most flattering looks I have ever seen on you! The pink compliments your soft features amazingly:))

Vieve eye wands once they dry, don’t budge, I use it as waterline pen, a bit tricky how to use it but honestly so good and there are quite a few light brown colours

I really enjoy the nyx liquid shadows, the golden shade just all over my lid when I don’t have a lot of time and just want some shimmer and the light shade over a darker eyeshadow or in my inner corner. Really depends though, sometimes they get a little patchy.

Soph you should try innisfree powder. I have oily skin and it makes my skin matte all day. Very little oil or none at the end of the day. Also the powder is so fine and makes my skin so soft.

I tested out the Revolution foundation recently over the top of the new Collection cosmetics grippy primer and it pilled like mad and looked like dry flapjack on my face I had to remove it and do it all again! I don’t think the foundation works well over grippy sticky primers, I love both products separately but together it was a whole mess 😂✨

I have similar colouring to you and much prefer peachier shades- my favourite Colourpop powder blush is Papaya which is beautiful- especially with a tan in the summer! I can’t get on with pink powders but I’ve recently bought the peach Huda beauty one and love it ❤

Random observation Soph, but i think since you had your wisdom tooth removed you now have even better bone structure to your lower face and cheek area. Weirdly this happened to me in reverse when 3 of my wisdom teeth came through at the same time, although then it shifted my other teeth so I ended up getting Invisalign which then gave my lower jaw area better structure and to think that celebs pay for buccal fat removal when all they need to do is to get one wisdom tooth removed haha x
