The part where you say that you don't look like this n person, and did such a close up with lights turned down gives people like me so much assurance, that our skin does not have to be "flawless" like we see people's on Instagram and youtube and that everyone has their own imperfections! Hey, that's actually a myth 😅 You should just spray and let it sit on your skin/clothes so that the perfume develops on it's own. If you pat or rub, the warmth makes the perfume develop faster and you don't necessarily enjoy the perfume at its best like the top, middle and base transitions. Perfume addict here. A lot of professionals have this misconception as well.

" rubbing your wrists together can dull top notes (or the scents you smell in the first five minutes of applying perfume). Secondly, it mixes the perfume vigorously with your natural oils, which can change the way it smells"

I know this is kind of off the wall random but I’m starting my anxiety meds today, please pray that it works well for me! I’m pregnant and my anxiety has been increasing because the doctors tried me on a baby safe medicine but all it did was make me dizzy and tired turns out the meds I was on before pregnancy are also safe so they switched me unnecessarily 😩 i just want to feel like myself again as much as I can while pregnant anyways! There’s definitely a difference between how long expensive fragrances last compared to cheaper ones. I have 2 favourites and one of them is Chanel and I got it in and airport duty free 5/6 years ago and my other is one of the Ariana grande ones that are a lot cheaper and I’ve gone through about 3 of them already. I love it too much to stop buying it though😂😂

Yes 💯! I was gifted the Wedding Bouquet perfume by Floris (made for the royal wedding back in 2011) It would last on my skin for *days* quite literally. As I tend to spray any perfume I have at the base of the hairline, behind my ears, I could still smell it after I took a bath or shower. It was limited edition, I loved it, wish I could still purchase it 😭

Iman Ashraf a couple of years ago eltoria bought out her “own” beauty advent calendar which wasn’t cheap. Only to find out that many believed that the items they got in their eltoria calendar were in fact from the advent calendars she reviewed on her Channel (many are gifted to her to review as its advertisement for the brands). Not 1 calendar was alike and people showed pictures and footage of the items and they looked like they’d been opened, some even looked swatched. She hasn’t done an advent Callander since I think. It was bad! It didn’t help how critical she is about beauty advent calendars with what they put in yet she was putting in those “awful, tacky, cheap” items. X

Just a little tip with the fragrance, it’s advised not to rub your wrist together as it breaks up the fragrance so doing a spray on each wrist is better xx

I’m not even 2 minutes in but saw the products mentioned... I’ve gotta say, I also use CT’s lip pencils, and they’re AMAZING! The texture, colors, everything... they’re SO good! Also, maybe not part of the ‘popular’ choice, but if I’m not using CT, it’s JStar. His pencils are affordable, the colors and amazing, and the new formula is so creamy and good!!! Soph, if you aren’t ‘banning’ his products, I def recommend trying the newly formulated lip pencils. They’re not dry like the old ones!!
