those hairs sticking up isnt because of damage. new strands of hair grows all the time (therefor loosing hair when you brush it wont make your hair dissapear after a year). so dont worry about the new hairstrands growing😊😊

I do it too! Your hair adapts over time to less washing, its better for it too as you don't wash away the natural oils your hair produces to protect and nourish itself. :)

The loreal professional shampoo for grey hair is SOOOOO much better then the bleach London one! It actually makes your hair grey when you use it. Always found the bleach london ones makes your hair more purple/lilac :)

If your hair is bleached and besides that you apply heat, is really damaging even if you use some kind of heat protection in it. You should let it rest for a while, it helps a lot :)

My hair used to be 21" from my ear down so I decided to take a huge risk and cut it up to my collar bone! I'm really happy because I was able to donate it to the Princess Trust for children with no hair so they can have wigs, it's a really nice thing to do😊

I'm naturally blonde, dyed my hair dark brown and then black for a few years (i also had my hair plum and dark red) then i wanted it blonde again, got it bleached and dyed at the hairdressers cost me £90 then i bleached it again myself it turned brassy orange and then i dyed it dark brown again and then now i have black hair and i love it, i will never bleach my hair again it made my hair feel like straw! great video by the way x

You should try the philip kingsley hair elasticiser! I buy the litre tub off qvc (its pricey but i probably buy one once a year) i have bleached hair and i honestly get so many people asking how my hairs in such good condition since i bleach it and i always say its the philip kingsley. Its a pre shampoo treatment that you can leave on for 15 minutes or even overnight, i do it every sunday when i was my hair so i leave it on all day and would recommend it to anyone!

OMG what !!! I had the same things happening to me !! First that lightening spray, then with bleach but I bleach too many times my hair that I had to cut a bunch off and then I really wanted pink hair so I did it ahaha and I loved it but now I'm back to brown hair because I had to give my hair a break and now I have small hair too underneath. You can see on my channel even if it's a dance channel you are able to see my hair stages 😂

Soph, did you use heat protectant when you straighten your hair? Because I use to not do that when I was younger and my hair started breaking off in bits like that because my hair was so damaged. Now I have super heathy hair thanks to the leave in cream called "it's a ten" I HIGHLY recommend it for you because it literally saved my hair!!

all over bleach will definitely affect the hairs condition as it is a lot in one hit but highlights would better as it is more gradual! this is how I maintain my blonde and my hair is naturally brown. (I am a hairdresser by the way!) but olaplex Deffo helps! I loveeeee the grey at the moment though! x
