I just want to say like I don’t know you, but girl, I am so proud of you for you being the age that you’re at, and you have already gone through the year of college to be a medical assistant and going after those benefits that people don’t find until they’re in their late 20s and 30s sometimes even after that like in my case I’m 32 years old and I’m just now Finding a way to have a career instead of just working jobs you know what I mean? The opportunities at your fingertips are limitless. You go dude. I’m so proud of you. That’s such an accomplishment and you should be so proud of yourself!!!! I just passed my school exam so basically I graduated from the school and I also got my certification through the NHA as well so if for any random reason I wanted it for my family and I to move to another state for a better pay, I would be certified to do that because the NHA is national. There are so many good benefits with this career it’s Amazing! Not to mention you know having a supportive environment with the people you work with that really does mean everything sometimes. I am so excited. I’m about to have my first job in the field since I’ve graduated two weeks ago. Well I got my NHA last week but I graduated from the school the week before that so I say two weeks but I have a job offer for my local doctors office and it’s really intimidating when I walked in there and was showing everything because there’s a lot there like they have physical therapy area and a place for x-rays and they’re about to put in like an ultrasound spot which is amazing. I would love to be a part of something like that too but I mean they’re pretty extensive and it is kind of intimidating especially when it’s my first time in the field so I’m super nervous but for the past three years, I’ve been working as a direct support, professional, taking care of people with disabilities and so it’s kind of like a cousin to the healthcare field medically because I would still give medication and do vitals and things like that so I’m kind of familiar already in a way, but it’s still really intimidating like I said, but I am so excited and I come across your video to kind of see somebody else’s point ofview and I just wanted to say that I’m so proud of you for you being the age you’re at and already on the road that’s amazing that’s so awesome. You should really really really take the time and be proud of yourself, I know I’m one to not speak because I am one who constantly drives and has ambition and never takes the time to sit back and be like wow I did that but so you deserve to do that for yourself girl for REAL 🎉❤

@glendagalaviz88173 жыл бұрын
Beatriz Sanchez I’ve worked in both pediatrics and dermatology. Out of the two, I would say dermatology is less stressful. If you like working with children then definitely go with pediatrics though , it’s always heart warming seeing little faces ❤️ I cried on my last day of working pediatrics. I even gave my personal phone number to some of the parents so we can keep in contact lol

I had looked into MA program through UEI College and its 20k and people say jobs start you at minimum wage here in CA its not worth it, my community College offers the program for a fraction of the cost but its semesters and takes a bit longer and they help you get certified so idk I know some people get lucky and get a job after externship and get paid a little above minimum but still I think pay should be reasonable I mean if you paying that much money and get little its not worth it
@cic53473 жыл бұрын
I'm in California too and the MA program at a community college is worth it. I'm doing a MA program at one right now and it's under 4k. Also working as an MA for a hospital pays a lot more then a private practice. If it's something you want to do, I say go for it. Good luck!

I couldn't watch all this, helpful as it may be. You're touching, stroking, flinging & playing with your hair distracted me beyond words. It makes it hard to focus. Yes you so love your hair and feeling it out but should have tied it back or off to the side because your constant touchy-feely fling business is nerve racking for some of us who just want to hear some insight in what can be shared & we care to be informed/learn but it was as though you were from the salon and playing with it way too much. Maybe you had useful or interesting stuff to discuss and share, but I won't know because I'm too irritated to continue watching. This is straight forward, honest feedback not to be misinterpreted or construed as negativity, attack, being mean, no! I honestly couldn't stand to watch due to the constant playing with hair. Thought I should say something so you're aware.
