About the fear talks, I can relate. I think the approach really works. And it works in other areas of life as well not just gymnastics. In a way, this video is quite therapeutic (I meant that as a compliment).

I was expecting the first one to be a little scrappy, but you absolutely nailed it. And yes, time dulls fear, also love, hate, anger all dissipates over time. Alas, memory also fades, so the knowledge of how to do something also lessens. You end up not fearing it, but also not remembering how to do it ! Great video as always.
