Sophie is a freelance journalist and presenter covering Music, Art, Fashion, Beauty, Travel, Films, Lifestyle and Health.
She graduated with a First in Fine Art,but went on to explore her love of fashion gaining experience at the likes of Vogue, Elle, Glamour, Easy Living and more. She then went on to Alexander McQueen as an artwork assistent, one of her illustrations gracing a gown worn by Cate Blanchett at the Cannes Film Festival. After that she went on to work as a stylist and stylist assistent working on shoots for NME, 125 and Easy Living. Alongside this she worked as a freelance journalist contributing work to Stylebible,The Guardian, Gunpowder, Disappear Here, Sketchbook, Elmbridge Magazine, and Bring the Noise where she was Reviews Editor. Her love of music has seen her work with Hit The Floor and Ticketmaster where she has contributed numerous interviews. She has also presented for Relentless Energy Drink at Reading and Leeds Festival, and currently hosts art videos for Canvas.
Alongside this worked with and consulted for various brands including Dead Heroes Clothing and Cheer Up Clothing.
She used her channel as an excuse to talk and create about the things she's passionate about as well as trying to spread awareness for health issues and taboo issues.

I was glad the doctor is working to find you better specialists. POTS, EDS, and MCAS (what I am diagnosed with) often go together unfortunately. I have been through so many Cardiologists and found a good one... however, he moved so I am back to square one. Love hearing the health updates.

Yes it seems to often be the case doesn’t it. But I hear Mcas is hard to diagnose as there’s a lot of false negative results, so that might take a while in preparing myself at least for that. I’ve seen many cardiologist in my time too and not had much success, hoping this will be the one though. Sorry to hear you’re back on the quest again but hopefully you’ll find another good one asap! Xx

Awe I felt bad for you when you said Si might get away but with friends 😞xx I really loved catching up with you Sophie, as always x Im waiting on something to watch on Netflix but haven't been able to find much well apart from 3 seasons of "An unfortunate series of events" which my son and I loved 😂. Awe those cats were beautiful,i hope the right one comes along for you soon xx

Ah I guess it’s good for him to have a bonding experience with his work pals though as he needs to spend more time with them than me these days as he works such long hours. The cats were soo lovely! I think about Lizzie the ginger all the time. Can’t wait till we find ‘ the one’.

i am in my recliner trying to get up the energy to brush my teeth. I am looking at my rescue cat who is on a shelf i constructed in front of my big window as she suns herself. It took nearly a year for her to become my friend and companion and to realize her new mommie wasn't going to hurt her. ti was a slow process gaining her trust but well worth the wait. she is now happy, healthy and oh so affectionate. i figure anyone who mistreats a cat or dog may not pay for it here and now but certainly will on judgement day. Karma if you will.

Ah I’m so pleased. They’re a manageable way of me staying in touch with everyone in the world of KZbin so I’m glad they’re not too boring. That was my fear! X

I got a diagnosis of dysautonomia and am now under the POTs clinic in Sheffield and they are so good, I have to drink 3 litres of water a day and have 1 TSP of salt. They also think I have hSDS but they don't have anywhere to refer me for assessment, of have to go private in London and she said to save my money because the only aftercare and support we have is the POTs clinic there no specialist physio which I could really do with, normal physios have been a waste of time, they don't know about hEDS and will only look at one issue they don't see the whole picture. Is so bad that EDS is such a blind spot. Did you say what your new career was? I thought I'd missed something in the video.
