Wow, someone who has hair almost exactly like mine! I used to have curls like yours until I made the mistake of just slicking my hair back for over 5 years. The main problem I face now is that I quickly become immune to hair products after using them for more than a month. It's a nightmare for my product rotation. I do appreciate the tips on flat curls. I know now that I need to move away from creams as my hair is very fine. You just got yourself a new subscriber!

What shampoo and conditioner would you reccomend for fine curly hair

Being fine isn't enough information. Your porosity matters, as does density

So many great tips thanks Sophie. I have a couple of questions that you or others in the chat may be able to help with. 1. I love the Curlsmith blue line, especially the conditioner and deep conditioner but I find I get a lot more hair fall when I use it, has anyone had that experience? 2. I get a really sore scalp around the crown in autumn and winter, is this normal and what causes it?

I always got more fall out than normal using the Curlsmith scalp scrub shampoo and had to discontinue using it. I get good results with Aveda and Briogeo scalp lines.
