There are many factors in speeding up Macs. One plan I discovered that successfully combines these is the Mels Speed Method (check it out on google) definately the best resource i've heard of.Check out all the unbelievable information .

I’ve given up sugar before and felt fabulous, I’ve become addicted to sugar again and I am now the heaviest I’ve been and constantly craving sugar but want to get over this, this video has popped up at the right time, I feel inspired now , have just subscribed and look forward to learning more from you, I CAN and WILL do this for the future of my health, i am a mother of 2 grown up children so I will do it for them too as I want to be around healthy and fit for a very long time , Louise Hay is my role model , she lived till her eighties and ate so healthy, thank you making this informative helpful video, I think your fabulous and look beautiful, healthy and happy x

Hello love your Pom, I’m a Pom owner & have had them for 40 years.Funny I saw your post,I’m 59,& born in September also, go fig.I just found Sophie ,she is so wonderful, my weakness is chocolate, I lost 128 lbs 12 years ago & I had to go cold turkey on the chocolate & Stop! I weighed 92 kg and ate a lot of sweets and I ate meat.But when I went vegan.I lost the kilos,I weighted 52 kg so now I eat more nuts.But I eat alot of berrie dates,fruits now I weight 58-60 ,And I have no candy sweets etc desire any more,I lost it going vegan.And I have never eating so much as I eat now,before I always dieating. Iam so glad be a whole food vegan.And to be a junk food vegan.

The hardest thing I have to deal with is my partner bringing junk home. It is relentless. I had successfully stopped sugar before but ever since meeting him it's back in full swing. I spoken to him a thousand times but it doesn't work.

I Hi! Thank you for such great videos! I have become a whole food, plant based vegan a month ago. I feel physically amazing after having severe digestion problems my whole life and no one being able to fix me. I am exhausted and I’m not sure why. I take supplements . (Iron, zinc, calcium, b12, a digestive enzyme, omega 3, magnesium, ). I am going to bed at 10 and getting up at 5 with one interruption ( the bathroom ) . I’m walking 40 minutes a day, and a light work out with weights 4 x’s a week. Any ideas how to beat this extreme fatigue?

just signed up to do the detox. can't get these 5-8 lbs off. no matter what i do. hope you can give me some tips. I love salt,, chips, cheese etc. Have completely given those up but i don't see a change. in menopause as well. i can stay away from sweets

You can do a little MCT - but in moderation.

Hi Sophie, have you heard of some of the recent findings of the benefits of coconut oil? I realize this video is three years old. Research shows that... Elderly brains benefit from healthy plant oils such as raw coconut oil. The brain needs oil. Research is showing that coconut oil boosts cognition and may be good for heart health. I would be interested in knowing what you think of the recent findings stating that raw virgin coconut oil has many health benefits.

You have great content! I learned a lot from this video, as I need to cut out all of the bad sugars! Beware of the yoga, the poses are to foreign gods and the origin is demonic. So you may want to just do normal stretching (to be safe) as another form of exercise! May Jesus bless you! Stay joyous in Christ and healthy! You seem very sweet! Be blessed!

I did a Whole 30, it’s 30 days without sugar, alcohol, dairy, grains. Never felt so good. Ate beautiful meat, fish, salads, vegetables, nuts,seeds and fruit as much of all as you like.

Let's make sure that you are feeding yourself with all the nutrients you need. Loads of complex carbs is the key.

Sophie Uliano I am willing to try but having certain GI/IBS-like problems has led me to rely heavily on sugar and carbs so dropping them completely seems rather hopeless.

eat more FRUIT, whole raw fruit ..in smoothies with protein helps too. I dont process starch or processed refined sugar well, but raw fruit i do. I was told its a lacking enzyme thing...if i stop eating fruit, i crave unhealthy carbs

also lots of sprouted quinoa helps me too. I can't tolerate the taste of regular unsprouted Quinoa though.

Veggie Soup I have fructose intolerance which makes eating lots of fruit very difficult. Not having a gallbladder makes higher fat foods like dairy and meat difficult as well. This kind of restricted diet may work for some in ideal conditions but it’s not so easy if you have any kind of chronic gastric problems.

Used to work in a 5 star hotel where staff got free buffet every day. Savoury and sweet. It was dangerous. Put on 10 kilos plus. Now working a job where we bring our own lunch. Much better.

@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen it was great. Saved alot of money. Got to take alot of food home too. Including bread, pastries, etc. Before they were thrown out. But too tempting to eat more when the food is free. Rich pasta dishes, roast meals, stir fries, lasagna, biryani, many desserts too. Whatever was left from breakfast pastries were brought to staff dining room. It was incredible. Staff very well looked after.
