Never watched the sopranos, but 2 things I noticed: 1. His blue outfit also could be seen to "blend in" with the background when he's got his back to the pond. At the very least, if it doesn't do so visually it was probably meant to be symbolically (water is blue and such). So again, Tony and Furio "stand out" in their black bad guy outfits, meanwhile Kennedy blends in; he's inconsequential, meaningless, a background character...etc etc. 2. Probably just coincidence but when you flip between the opening and closing shots you really see how dark it got. Unsure if it was just clouds or if they actually applied color grading, but there's the very obvious symbolism of Kennedy having a grand old time until some dark forces come in and ruin his day, and now that sunny day is gone.

The choreography of how Vito appears out of nowhere in that wide open street is so strange that it reminds me of the infamous slo-mo & fade-wipe from Cold Cuts - in both cases, it's such an obviously bizarre way to do it that I can't help but think it surely must be intentional, but at the same time am mystified as to what the reason could be. Also I don't know why you kept calling that guy 'Furio', his name is Mr Williams.

Im rewatching for the millionth time right now and I'm on sea. 3. I haven't made it to this episode yet, the golf course, but I'm going to pay attention to the golf ball. Does Tony step on it? Off screen perhaps? When getting back into the cart, the ball is buried in the grass unlike before

The two people walking behind Jackie just disappear. Guy in the black coat doesn't. The person walking down the street of where Vito gets in the car, doesn't seem at all bothered by a gunshot 20 meters behind them, but it might just be that kind of neighborhood.
