What a reminder, great teaching. I’m so glad that you generate content on rural life. Let’s stop this nonsense that rural is equals poverty. Country living is the way to go. Technology has improved and it’s cheaper to setup a great structure anywhere.

Great video my bro! Been researching ancient grains and eating millet fonio couscous etc. looking forward to coming back to South Africa and eating getting healthier. I love SA and Southern Africa and Africa as a whole. I will be moving to SA very soon. Thank you for all the great content my bro!!!

These old timers have so much knowledge Mahlangu. In reality maize has no recognizable nutritional value whatsoever. I don’t know why it became the staple food in our country. Thanks for the knowledge.

Talking about amabele, one thing l knw mele isitshwala sixhwathe othrwse uyayipheki mboza kkk. Mmmmnnn sour porridge yamabele is the best,ingoloyi yakhona is to die for 😂😂.
