I live in Atlanta, and this city is full of dead overweight people who are clueless. You are what you eat. When you put garbage into your mouth you are going to look exactly like garbage, yes and because most people are not conscious then they go to the hospital and ask their doctors for help. Total Madness. If you think Western Medicine is the answer to your health problems, let them “practice” on you. They already told you they have no idea what they are doing. Just practicing. Here is the issue in the Western Hemisphere Today!! We have over 2 billion people who got the shot and the governments are unwilling to investigate excess deaths and sudden deaths in young people. The situation is getting worse by the day. I have two colleagues who died suddenly in their trucks. Both of them had the shots and both these guys were relatively healthy. No autopsy was done. They are simply not doing these any more because they are discovering unusual proteins blocking arteries generated by the spike protein from the shots. If you are in Africa, please return to your traditional foods. Anything being promoted by the World Food Program. US AID, World Bank, Gates Foundation, EU, WHO is not meant to help you. Hybrid sees are not issue. Hybrid seeds are result of crossing two diferent varietes of a given plant. Geneticaly Modifiec Organism (seeds) are the result of insertion of alien DNA into a given plant DNA. For instance, under GMO a bacteria DNA might be inserted into a corn DNA to improve yield or reduce the amonut of a given input to achieve good yield. No one in the world fully knows the future consequences of this. And yes it is good ideia to keep everywhere in africa Seed Banks to preserve local varieties of each single plant.

Mindsets need to be reconsidered. Too many people have animalistic desires they think they can hide. Speaking against something is the actual problem… to be “against” is where they got most of you… when in actuality… each one, no matter who else you blame or point fingers at… it is Jes Us… who are collectively practicing such weakness, by collectively taking the “easy” path allowing some other nation and race to influence you all based on your obvious desires to fit in and belong. Still today… many “black” men are well groomed, conformed, and lost… and the women lost their way of femininity, and true essence of being immaculate. The Dictator spent over 400 plus years overgrooming the dark-skinned men, while raping the women. Such times have been called, MidEvil (Medieval). Still trying to be politically correct, but yet falling short in the Eyes of God! According to Bob Marley…”Many more will have to suffer… many more will have to die.” According to Nikolai Tesla… “Man’s greatest downfall is… Eating.” Worse yet, it’s when the majority think they Rule… when many are called… Only FEW chosen! They’ve tricked you all with simple word as “bread”… which really meant the “Breath.” One Lov Everytime!! 💚💛❤️♾️

However, I don't feel over consumption of corn is a one of them. I googled life expectancies 2023. Nigeria that eats less corn 61.79 years. Ghana that eats a lot of corn 64.94 years. You claim in your post that Botswana and South Africa eat lots of corn too. Botswana 69.86 years, South Africa 64.88 years. I feel the main problem with corn, is Corn Syrup. In Ghana, overly processed junk foods from the west are expensive and considered luxury, so are not eaten as much. My Dear Child, continue to read as many books as you can, on various topics from different perspectives so that you can reach your own understanding. Stay Blessed ❤🙏

Let me share what I've been thinking. The risk of heart disease from eating beef as recorded in Europe and the US does not seem to correspond with that in Nigeria. I think that among other reasons, this is because their cows in Europe are fed with grains while ours in Nigeria are fed with green grass. I believe that the Nigerian academia has to really research the true relationship between beef consumption and heart diseases in the country.

As an American, though I hear of GMO products in comparison with Organics… but my experience with organics is that they spoil too fast, though I view myself as healthier than others my age… but then I also believe in God and that God has a unique plan for my life.
@gwendolynfoster83057 ай бұрын
Natural Organic Foods last as long as Almighty God designed them to last. After plants are picked, they begin to die. The decomposition process of plants that are picked during harvest times begins immediately. This is why it is meant for you to either store the food in a natural process by canning, drying or freezing or by eating the food immediately. Genetically Modified Organisms are not what God designed for consumption by humans or animals. If eaten over long periods of time, GMO’s will kill the body. It is important to understand that GMO’s are not designed for your health. They are designed for greedy business men and women to speed up the rate that animals grow so that they may be slaughtered more quickly, to sweeten products in greater batches more cheaply and to increase the shelf life of their food product merchandise so that their products may remain on the shelves for longer periods of time before spoiling!

But a large population in Nigeria feed corn in the form of pap to their babies and they eat themselves amongst the Yorudas and Igbos. One call it " Ogi" and the other call it "Akamu." I am subscribed to alot of Nigerian influencers. Plus Kenyans eat corn as well in the form of ugali.

Corn is a staple in Nigeria. It is baby food. It is also prepared as pap or as agidi/eko and eaten with beans, akara and moon moin

Thank you for the education. . Businesses have to go back to putting regular sugar in our food and leave High fructose corn syrup out of our diet. Our health would be better and health insurance would go down. and people would live longer.... Money vs health and life. I'm speechless. 🤔🤭

As a Southern African my dad and grandparents used to tell me that “corn” was never their staple food, but I want to argue that we also have a diverse menu we eat many grains. And eating Corn meal before it’s processed and bleached (that white white mealie meal) is very healthy because its nutrients have not been stripped from it. Just food for thought. And too much of something no matter how healthy it might be is bad for you.

You are right. Bantus have always eaten corn and have never had lifestyle diseases because it was not processed. Processed foods are the ones which are dangerous.

Chronic diseases are the worst type that anyone can have. Hypertention is just one of them, though it can be totaly managed, in the past, it wasn't. Nigeria didn't replace their indigenous staples totally with corn as other African countries did. This is a clear proof for this. More to that, Yam contains dioscorin which helps control hypertension. With this in mind, imagine that the Nigerian population have been consuming yams for centuries. Yams in Nigeria is even known as a source of fertility. No other country in Africa consumes yams as Nigeria does. From the map in the video, almost all African countries are "red". I used Niger a lot in the video because it is the exact opposit of Nigeria. Also Cameroon was used because it has the most diversed climate in Africa. In the case of Cameroon, they have diversed food but then the regions which consume lots of corn or have corn as staple, show higher cases of hypertension. There are lots of details that can't go into this short video. Thanks

No, it was brought in to Africa as the silent killer and as we do not have government systems to protect the populations, foreign silent killers are introduced to reduce the population of Africa. No information programmes to educate the public. This is one of many ways they will reduce African populations. It is the duty of governments to protect its populations.

The generations are lazier these days. I hope we have also taken into consideration that these days we use too many chemicals on our farm produce as compared to that of our ancestors.

Stop saying nonsense. I'm a Nigerian and the non-Nigerians are just a pinch. Do you even know what half is? So you want to say that 100 million people in Nigeria are foreigners??? Some of you need to even reason before saying certain things. Even if you take just 1/4 of Nigeria's population, it's still much compared to many African countries
@freedomsong97477 ай бұрын
You all know Nigeria is an artificial country right?
@igbounitedforum33867 ай бұрын
@@BainkongNdikwaYou're right. That guy writes junk. The number of foreigners in Nigeria are insignificant to the Nigerian population. This is what I think about the Nigerian population. Firstly, it is exaggerated. Nigeria's true population isn't more than 180 million. Though, there's a high birth rate but it is heavily controlled by equally a high death rate due to many factors including diseases, many violence related deaths, high rates of accidents, poor health and medical facilities. The ave. life expectancy of adults is less than 55years and infant mortality rate is also relatuvely high. All these combined prunes the mulitplier effect of the high birth rate. Secondly, Nigeria is home to three very big ethnic groups forced into one country. By the late 19th century, the Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa were individually more than 3 million in number. How many African ethnic groups had such population at the time? These ethnic groups were just surviving the plunder of their populations through the transatlantic slave trade. At least, the Igbos lost over a million to that sordid engagement. The point is that the high population of the people within the Nigerian geographical space has always been there even when factors that limited population growth in Africa were numerous. Therefore, I strongly align with the idea that the food we eat maybe be part of our secret to higher population. Corn the culprit of this video is well eaten in Nigeria but maybe not as much as other African countries. The main staple in Nigeria is cassava which has been processed to various ways including making bread. Raw corn is mostly eaten either cooked or roasted by the whole sections of Nigeria. Processed corn flour is usually made locally without the numerous chemicals as used by foreign companies and these corn flour is mostly consumed in the northern part. A break down of the sectional rate of hypertension in Nigeria will confirm truly if corn has a hand in it. I'll be cross-checking it to confirm the claims.
