Adams apples aren't something a lot of ppl notice unless there are other things seriously off about your appearance, and regardless they aren't a sure fire way of figuring it out. There aren't many sure fire ways, it's all perception. Guys can dress different, take hormones, get surgeries, take vocal lessons, wear makeup, etc etc etc. Source: I'm a transgender girl who passes as a girl and has no visible Adams apple even though I've never had a surgery. Been on hormones about 1.5 yrs. On top of that, it's a movie and people are stupid in movies to make the movie work like in superhero movies lol

Hah. I just realized, if you watch it closely, rhe guy in the white tank purposely trips the actor, and then slightly chuckles after he gets arm slapped. I am willing to bet he was actually a friend in real life and was messing with him, but the scene was so well liked (and character wasn't broken), it made the movie.
