What versions of the vehicles were you using?

Challenger X and Vedette NETC/UAC. Those challengers eat up points at a rate I don't think I can justify ina mono-build..

What about Defler? From the video it becomes obvious the Osteon is the Prime, and I'm guessing the Piranhas are standard, but what about his aerospace, Septicemias and Cephalus?

I'll be more specific in the future, but all prime versions aside the Septicimas. I think one of them was a "D" or something. In AS though, they sorta blend together.

That would be much appreciated. I find knowing the versions helps me mate how a unit performs vs its weapon loadout. I've not played AS, so I'll take your word for how unit types blend together. Out of curiosity, do infantry suck in AS? I've not seen you use them.

Those lists don't look too balanced, especially since the clan mechs presumably have better pilots than your vees. Did you load up on special abilities or something? Also: Awww, family game including the kid :D Your son's adorable. What Vedettes are you using, that they would be expensive? O_o

The vedettes are surprisingly cheap, they cost about as much as a squad of battle armor in AS. The challengers are back breakingly expensive. Each one costs as much as a well kitted assault mech.

Ah, okay. At one point you said the Vedettes were expensive and I went "WTF?". Challengers I can see though, yeah. Expensive like an assault mech, fragile like any vee.

They are when they do like 1 point of damage. I think I'd take the infantry instead. Then their uselessness is up front with no pretension.

Ahhhh, dang :( I've felt for a while now that if the game wants vehicles to continue having construction rules and game mechanics that put them at such a disadvantage (and fair enough if they do, mechs ARE supposed to be the big thing) then they ought to make them cost a bit less to at least improve game balance. You want Vedettes to stay cheap, crappy vees? Sure! But their cost should accurately represent what you get. /vee opinions

To be fair, the nerf to vehicles isn't as apparent in Alpha Strike. Defiler couldn't not miss.

Anthony Wilson I'm not really sure I was hoping he wouldn't want them and maybe in a week or two when I get the money he might sell me a few not all. I have a few rare miniatures like Montana and yamato and even though there miniatures they mean alot and I'm not sure would he trade or just want to sell a few to me?Also I will not be getting back to my house until the 8th of this June so I will probably have to do any exchange of currency or trade when I get back. The miniatures I would want, but it's fine if he dose not want to sell them are Uss Missouri and one of any US aircraft carrier and any Ijn aircraft carrier.I would also like one or two squads of helldivers or dauntless and one or two squads of Emily or Betty bombers.Just wanted to say if he wanted to trade the Montana for a few of the units listed just keep in mind its not in the same condition as when I got it (not in a bad way though). If you look at a picture of the Montana it has a piece of plastic inbetween the the tower and radar mast. I've taken this out with a knife also I've taken some sand paper around the the edge of the hull to take off some of the paint and make a neat line going around the top to create a neat finish.If you want me to send a picture of the Montana I will when I get back Thanks.
