I've never invested in Crypto, however I've bought land and rental properties my entire adult life. I've been slowly selling everything off except the farms\homestead property over the last 3 years, and I'm buying contiguous properties to what I own. I want my 7 Children and my grandchildren to have the opportunity to live and be self sufficient for life. I'm in a very RURAL area of the Western NC Mountains, and by continuing to add land, I've been able to offset the Capital Gains Tax. Between growing Timothy hay, and breeding farm animals, it currently brings in enough income. I don't trade stock, my retirement account has dropped, and due to certain fund rules, I can't change my investments without losing MORE money... Land is the way to go, if you can do it, and VERY often in Rural areas, you will meet folks who will hold the mortgage for you. Normally on raw land for at least 5-10 years. I have always paid it off VERY quickly... Remember, Timber is also valuable, yet its price changes due to the housing market. Invest with your old age, and the kids in mind!

Sarge, I agree with your move. You know I am not a crypto guy. I do understand the "Flipping" side of it. But two things I fear: 1) EMPs. The Gubers keep bringing it up all the time, if it's not the sun, it's going to be a "BAD ACTOR"...2) What if the Gubers make it illegal? Or, through the Bitcoin ETF trade it down to zero? EMP? it would have to knock out power all over the world. nodes (computers) all run the bitcoin ledger 24/7 on every continent with hundreds of thousands of nodes securing the ledger. If the world loses power, all banks and all civilized infrastructure would fail and money would be the least of your problems. The Gubers cant make it "Illegal" no one can stop Bitcoin. China, the harshest communist country made it illegal and its citizens kept on trading Bitcoin peer to peer. China has now embraced it. The US can try as well, but they can not control it.

I agree; most crypto is gambling, but with Bitcoin being in ETFs now, it's not vanishing. I think of it much like silver - it will simply do better than the dollar. Stack it like silver (just my opinion), but stay diverse. Good video and thanks!

100%. 99% of crypto is like playing a slot machine in vegas. some people will make millions but most will get wrecked. Bitcoin on the other hand is not gambling, it is one of the safest assets, especially when held 4 or more years. No one has lost a dime in bitcoin when held over 4 years.

Bitcoin is cyclic. Every 4 years. the upcoming halving is not the peak, it is the beginning of an 18 month (typically) bull run. this one will peak in fall of 2025. Dont buy into the hype, dont buy bitcoin until you study it like its your job. It may take a bit of time but once you get it you will clearly understand it.

Just be careful. Do a lot of research first. You don’t need a broker, you can buy it yourself and eliminate fees using one of the free trading apps like Robinhood or WeBull

Smart, there are things coming that very few people know about, it's a massive bubble that is about to pop. Blockchain and tokenisation have value, but everything else is a scam. BTC is a scam, and it is about to collapse, it's not even the version of Bitcoin that Satoshi envisioned. My guess is we have until July this year MAX. I am effectively an OG, a heavyweight on this topic and I am very afraid for people. Not advice do your own thing.

The thing is that bitcoin is being treated as a store of value, not as a currency, whereas the digital dollar is a reconceptualized US currency. So I don't see those separate functions conflicting, if and when the digital dollar is rolled out. I think you're going to miss a huge amount of upside. If you're going to bail, don't you think you should at least wait until the post halving bull market to do so?
