Mushroom is one of my most favourite ingredient to be used, it have it's own flavour and it give a very unique taste and texture. I love that Ben plays classical guitar! I learned at school too and I had the same exact foot stool! When I moved to secondary school and I held the guitar classically (on an angle) everyone thought it was hilarious. I never dared bring the stool in for fear of what they might say. Risadesu Not really, you do need a shorter grain for risotto. A lot of supermarkets do stock it now, look out for arborio... that's the most common over here (although there are lots of different types)

yes! Mine's the Chinese 8 Treasure Duck. Very traditional, definitely a cherished family recipe which I now make often on special occasions to share with other friends and family. Def got the wow factor when serving it at the table. Great to share

SORTED Food Well done! Spot on. I have many signature dishes. One is smoked salmon pasta. Another is beef rouladen stroganoff ( thin sliced beef stuffed with mushrooms ) with a sour cream and mushroom sauce. Yet another would be cream of mushroom soup. Your passion for cooking has worked out well. People are happy when they are doing what they love. Ben's guitar playing is not too bad either. It's not like Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck or Jimmy Page. It has a classical style to it. It sounds good. Cooking can be like a science, but baking more so. There are still technicalities to both. The great thing is getting appreciation for what you do. Food and music have that similar thing. They bring people together and are best when shared.
