Mike is the perfect portrayal of the parent that rarely shouts at their child because they’re the relaxed, docile parent, because if they do shout at you, you know you’ve seriously mucked up 😂😂 I wasn’t sure if it was possible for Mike to get so frustrated he ends up screaming and shouting in anger because if he was any more laidback he would be lying down 😂

I didn't like it, Jamie did a stupid prank but it was fine. Barry didn't look in the trash, because why would he, and so he threw an egg shell in. They set Mike back long enough to measure sugar (1 minute?) Mike actively sabotaged them multiple times first setting Jamie back 15 minutes, but that wasn't enough. I got really irritated in this one. Admittedly I don't like the prank thing a lot, I like the way Ben and James are during Chef v Chef battles

The sabotage was excessive today, and definitely excessively targeted at Mike. Personally, I liked the sound of Mike’s macarons the most. But most importantly, unlike whenever they are made on Bake Off, you actually called them macarons as opposed to macaroons which are something else completely and is my biggest Bake Off annoyance.

This makes me so glad I make macarons out of clay! It is so much easier and when they come out really pretty then they last like that forever. :) How about doing a fudge battle? I used to make 10 pounds of fudge each Christmas to bring to my job as a gift for all my coworkers. I made 2 pounds each of five different kinds. I would love to see how you can do up fudge! In Indonesia, we have a patisserie that put all things unique in their macarons, called La Maison. They have ‘nasi uduk’ style with real anchovies in it, ‘salted popcorn’ with real popcorn on top, ‘thai tea’, ‘salted egg’, among others. Taste just like a real deal! ❤️
