Barry - i mean, we all know Jay - didn't add too much, but made good decisions James - balanced the flavors, made good decisions Ben - shaped the steps as a complete dish, added necessary aromatics to make the dish cohesive Mike - I gotta hand it to him, guys. I think that when I first found this channel I really took for granted what I was seeing. Even in 2019, a surprising number of people have sexist attitudes about cooking; the fact that guys, three of whom don't have, any formal culinary background, are passionate about cooking and are sharing it online, is kind of a big deal! I'm so happy that attitudes are changing, and that little boys and random dudes have a chance to see this and hopefully get interested themselves.
