Also, I just have to give a huge shout out to Jamie for how much progress he's made in the last couple of years. He's gone from the guy who you knew was just going to screw up everything in a PIO challenge to the one who can either save it or clench the win in just a few years since you've started doing it and is now Chef level in a lot of ways. All the lads have come a long way but he really stands out for how much he's improved.

I'm kind of open-minded when it comes to food, but organ meat makes me sick (even if I don't know it's organ meat, so I don't think it's psychological). So I don't think I would be as eager to try a dish like the Chinese one here. There are also a few foods that I will forever refuse to try, like balut.

@@kaldogorath I too refuse to eat Balut due to knowing what it is. But as for the Chongqing chili soup, it's honestly so spicy, a lot of the more gamey or organy flavors are covered up. My favorite part of it is the tripe from the stomach and the duck blood, which has a much cleaner taste and is more springy than the same dish but made with pork blood.

good choices on the food. I totally agree with Jamie as the winner. but I completely want one(or 2 dozen) of the Croissants, they look absolutely amazing! If Ben was there I would have loved to see you find a dish he had never had, never tried, never heard of, and didn't have a lesson on its origins. there is a new challenge for you, "shock the Chef" that will take you out of your comfort zones.

To really help independent restaurants, order directly from them and pick it up. UberEATS and other services can take up to 30% of the money, makes it real hard for these restaurants to make a living.

Pass it on idea two people go at a time with each pair getting 15 or 20 per pair. The reason for me subjecting this is because with two people they’ll have to communicate and decide on what to make and with a time limit it should be even more challenging to do.

I'd like to give a tip for the next challenge to one of the boys. I'd recommend The Rosemary restaurant (traditional hungarian cuisine there) if you've not had it yet try the stuffed cabbage with sourcream or hortobágyi pancakes. Or either some desserts.

All the dishes looked delicious and I would be delighted to try them all. I would have picked Jamie's burrata and cherry tomatoes over the croissants even though they looked very good but I prefer savory over sweet but that's my own personal preference. I really enjoy these takeaways. It introduces me to other cultures and their food. I always learn something from these videos and for that I thank you.

I used to live with my Venezuelan friend who regularly made arepas. This reminds me of him. Also, eating offals is not that untraditional on the British Isles, given that haggis exists in Scotland. It might be as Barry and Jamie suggested, younger people are quite sheltered.

I like the twist on the takeaway format and the focus on out of the ordinary dishes. I hope they choose to make the croissants.
