How many ways do I love this? Let me count the ways Ben: "Ichi ichi ichi" Mike: "He needs some cream" - this had me on the floor Ben: yaks on about the lack of iron in sake. Mike: "you'll never understand how much he enjoyed telling you that." Honestly I love how you guys rib each other, and Ben's adorable super-geekiness Jamie holding a basket full of sake bottles: "We should have brought James, and his arms." I couldn't concur more. You guys need to bring James (and his arms) everywhere James: "this is the first time Barry's won anything, so he's very excited." "We've lost Ben...but it's okay cos he knows Japanese." Oh you snarky Scot! James nestling into Barry's arms upon hearing Noma; I remember he said it was the best food experience of his life. All in all, stellar content, guys. It was such a superb opportunity to go to Japan to make this series, and I sincerely hope more countries extend this opportunity to you guys cos honestly your travel content seriously makes the wanderlust flare up....i want to go to every single place you all featured!

Sometimes the boys can be so hard on James and Ben, and sometimes they can be so kind. I really loved watching them find out that they were going to that test kitchen; it obviously made their trip so much more special! I want to say to whoever at Sorted reads the comments: I love that the guys rib one another, but it’s moments where they share genuine affection and lift one another up that really make me love this channel. I’m sure that there’s a lot more that gets cut when putting these videos together. I know the ribbing is funny, but those moments are just as important to people like me, who tune in as much for the friendship between the boys as the food-related content, so if there’s any way you guys can keep that in mind when you’re filming or editing these, just know that there’s an audience for the friendship as much as the jokes.

Actually, each is a different beverage. Sake only means "alcoholic beverage" in Japanese. Wine was once called "Western sake", before they came up with "Wain".

Hello, it's quite an exciting challenge! Oh, I'm Japanese and I or other Japanese have some stereotype of Sake, that's " Sake doesn't go well with fatty meat, such as Kobe beef steak or Pork cutlet, and milky buttery dishes like cheese fondue, cream soup , or strong spices or herbs from outside of Japan, for example, Indian curry, Korean Kimuchi, Tomato sauce spaghetti with basil, garlic, oregano". But of course, sake has a lot of variety, so some dry sake can be a good combination with these "exotic" flavor for us, but not yet completely cultivated. You guys adventure is also very exciting for me, looking forward to the next episode! Please go on this kind of trial again and again!
