The interesting thing is that since Cid killed Sherrys father the same way her mother was killed, Sherry believes that Shadow killed them both.

The scene where she finds her mom dead. What happens Is he kills the mom steps back behind the door, then the girl walks in and just goes straight to her Mom and does not see him behind the door. he then steps out of the shadow behind her as A father figure going, "oh no, someone killed your mother."

This is really debatable. While he might have been disgusted by this guys actions, it might as well have been what he thought would be the coolest stunt. And him really caring about it would be kinda contradictory to his character estabished before and after this incident

@@BeyondTrash-xe1vs the way he acted when sherry left, the way he didn't answer Lutheran when he asked if he cared and i also think he explained the way he views the word because he didn't know in which category to put it, these are all small clues that hint at him being set back. also it was mentioned in the light novel that he was kind of disgusted by it

There are 2 things for this artefact to work: 1. It needs to eat a lot of mana 2. It needs to be stabilized by the second part. With what he actually did, he found a way to do the first thing and move Sheri to finish her research to have the second thing.

Its pretty funny that they make it seem like Sherry is going to be a problem after they just taught you that she is the most oblivious person in the multiverse so she stands zero chance of defeating shadow even with her intellect when he is the god of gaslighting people.

You have it backwards. Before she was held back by her clumsiness, but now she has lost her innocence...~ I honestly wish she becomes a massive problem so much, EOS needs an actual threat so much.

Cid not explaining the situation to Sherry, not because he wanted to spare her feelings, but because it’s cooler if he doesn’t and then she swears revenge against Shadow, is peak edginess.

Some commenters dont get it but im glad sembalnce got it, dont get me wrong Cid is insane even in this episode as students die he only jumps when its cool, but he does care about people he knows and even more about shadow garden girls since he sees them as freinds Sherry is one of those rare instances where Cid hates when jnustice is being done to someone he knows on personal level.

The character I love the most in this anime is this girl, Sherry. I wish her to become an actual threat that can challenge Shadow Garden in the future so much!!!
