9:01 This is one of the many translations the anime decided to differ from the book that I absolutely hate. You can hear it in the original dialogue, and the book decided to keep the name as it's derived from English. It's called Rinsham, "RInse and Shampoo." FYI, it irritates me to no end that the English translators refused to use the terms already long translated in the books, as it makes it confusing when you're going between the books and the anime.

RIGHT!? Benno literally says the word "Rinsham" in the audio. And the english translation takes more work to both say and spell. A very confusing decision indeed.

The subtitles are intended for and based around the english dub, they dont care about the subbed version.

The more i see u react to this, the more i understand why i loved the anime so much. Love the crafting side and inventions, while the social aspect is really great, heartbreaking and overall cute. (while still dramatic and sad) It's just a joy to watch a Dr Stone-ish isekai.

The end part hits different in the novel, its so much more impactful. If you love the series and haven't yet, read the novels, its so much better.

This show REALLY is right up you guys' alley; many of the predictions are very valid, some commentary is tackled by the author later on (in the novel) and i've never seen anyone else get so many little details hidden in anime, which, of course, is much harder to spot since it's not written media. As for the writing, Kazuki-sensei's groundwork is incredibly through, so much so the show (and novel) never actually stops revealing bits and pieces of information that explain an event to come or a past ocurrance

Violating magic contracts is a serious offense; it's not shown in the anime, it isn't until near the end of part 4 in the light novels that we're finally shown first hand, all I can say is, you DO NOT want to break magic contracts.

The violation in part 4 is a direct, willful violation. I assume a more borderline violation (where you try to respect the contract, but fail by only a little bit) would not be as drastic as that, but yeah, it is still definitely something you need to avoid at all cost.

With regards to the Steamed Potatoes idea - in the light novels Myne does indeed start a food revolution at about this point in the story but from what I remember this plotline is pretty much dropped from the anime to concentrate on other things.

The food stuff being dropped from the anime is going to hurt the continuity going forward should they choose to adapt Part 3 in full. A dang shame, as it plays a pivotal role in the story.

@@StealthXD1 Yeah, a lot in part 2 was omitted from the anime on this subject. We only got a hint that some of it happens in the background; but it's never flushed out. It's something I would hope WiT would address before the start of season 4 with some OVAs or the like.

La verdad es que es muy sencillo porque los niños no crecen mucho cuando tienen el devorador, y es que ellos tienen que gastar mucha energía de su cuerpo para contener ese poder. Por lo tanto esa energía que se usaría para crecer su cuerpo la usa para contenerlo y mantenerse vivo. En la novela se describe que aunque la protagonista tenga 5 años en los primeros capítulos tenía el tamaño de una niña de 3 años

This is a really random and totally unrelated question but I wanted to know if anyone knows anything about it. Does anyone know why they haven’t watched Bleach TYBW? I remember them reacting to Bleach Abridged some time ago, but I can’t remember if they mentioned that they read the manga past where the OG anime left off, is that the case? Or maybe they’re waiting for all four cours to come out so they can react to it? Thanks in advance to anyone that can answer this!
