There is an old IT company head. Who brought about this proposal a couple of months ago who is ardently followed by some more blood sucking corporate heads. They've made enough of money for generations. Now they want more. The corporates are the ones that call the shots. In the centre and the states. They don't fear any election mandate as they're with any party that wins. Last week these corporates threatened to migrate to other states for imposition of kannada and quota for kannadigas. Now they're arm twisting the govt for extension of work hours. The opposition in the state is also giving a lukewarm response and waiting for an opportunity. Just incase they sit on the throne, they'll also follow these corporate masters. Eg: Farmers can die but they'll not allow they'll not change their stand. Media is also in their pockets and some own godi media's. The MRP 's, mental, medical and Pharma companies, Maybe even the drug lords outside the country will consider making their base in India. Corporates can even have lavish weddings spending in millions while our youngsters slog for them. They're all out to finish the future generations. Are we actually voting for politicians or corporates? This calls for unity among all Indians across party lines. Private sector employees are already working efficiently under great pressure. If they don’t work, they will be laid off. But Govt employees attend office less than 7 hrs ( including seval tea breaks) + 45 minutes lunch. They get 22 days paid holidays per year, 15days CL, 15 days SL, 30 days earned leave. Their work efficiency is not monitored and several of them are highly corrupt and channelise funds to ruling party members. Influence pays major role in their transfers. They get guaranteed salary and pension. Let Govt Employees become role model to work for fourteen hrs per day and get holiday- leave as per private sector. Let the government implement for their employees and latter private sector.

By the way even if this bill is passed, should we be really concerned about it? In Bangalore you have to spend 3 hours in traffic per day. 14 hours/day shift will leave only 7 hours to sleep, eat, get ready for office etc which is practically not possible on regular basis. So guys chill, Even if these idiots pass the bill it will never become a reality. And in worst case scenario, if it becomes a reality it will soon result in deserted city of Bangalore as no one will stay here and will migrate to other cities within next 2 years.
