What a brilliant, graceful, and captivating auctioneer. Her presence added an extra layer of excitement to the event, holding us spellbound with both her beauty and the effortless command with which she steered the proceedings.

Typical of a female English auctioneer. They know their job and do it very well.

Awestruck @ the beauty!! I've been a lover of Tiffany all my life, for me the price of any of it is far beyond my means. However can see the beauty and craftsmanship as something that will never be out done .......

This back lit work from the Tiffany Studios is, to my mind, more impressive than almost any oil on canvas work. Beautiful and sublime.

the way the auctioneer said “what is their house not big enough?” to challenge them to go up to $10.8m made me chuckle

It's just not right to house shame billionaires. I feel so bad for them.

i love watching her auctions. they have always been light and very entertaining. search out her many past auction events.

Let's remember it takes less than $20 to cure childhood blindness. Is this the best bang for the buck? There are also other artists more than capable of replicating this magnificent work for far far less.

Actually that is not true because glass of this caliber is no longer produced due to health and safety laws. Compounds like arsenic, mercury and heavy metals went into formulating the glass.

remember that the people who can purchase these expensive art works, donate many millions to worth while health related needs.

I got a little nervous reading the title. “Shatter” and “glass” in the same sentence usually means something else! Glad my new beautiful window is safe!

Not sure if the use of words 'smashed' and 'shattered' is appropriate for this particular item.

Why does the title of the video say $12.5 million when the bidding closed at $10.8? Still, it’s a breathtaking sum.
@MerelyGiftedКүн бұрын
The higher figure represents the total paid, including the auction house's fees.
@emptymannull14 сағат бұрын
There are seller's and buyer's fees you know...

Lots of questions as to where the window came from or who actually owns it. And yet still that is one of the prettiest windows I have ever seen. Definitely a pretty window.
