My wife has the A52s and especially since july update I'm really impressed by this 300,- phone. I have iphone 13 Pro which is 4x the price in Europe but the A52s is amazingly good.

I cant believe A52s has better low light photos.. even without using night mode, it looks so good! A phone less than half the price of iphone 13 and it went toe to toe with iphone 13 camera! Wow! Also iphone 13 crushes the shadows. A52s has better shadow details in both day and night photos..

I don't know about the pro versions of iphones but the non pro versions have never really been that great with night shots pretty average I would say. And yes, the level of contrast is way higher than it needs to that's why it crushes the shadows too much sth that can be corrected post editing to be fair. Thanks for watching and stay safe.

I have noticed that the first months when the A52s came out, the video at 4k 30fps had no stabilization, with the latest updates it looks better even at 1080 of ve super moved compared to 4k

I think it can sometimes produce equally good or better shots than the iphone 13 though in general the iphone 13 is better. If the A52s 5G had better video stabilisation at 1080p 60fps it would be even better. the ip13 realy beats the A52s , the image processing of iphone is way better than the A52s. its more realistic than the saturated A52 in some shots …A series always have this kind of problem about “shooting againts the light”. The iphone handles way better instantly, while the A52s sometimes way more lights that over shadow or darker the actual image.. i think the “pro mode” of A52s can do better than normal mode of A52s..and the video comparison, ip13 has the edge over A52s. if i have to take some snap of pictures intantly, i definitely pick ip13, i fell like samsung cams dont work as one instantly, compare to the iphone in my opinion, dont get me wrong A52s perform good, and for the price this midrange A52s is much cheaper. .. always remember its all about your personal prefferences…
