Flawless. Absolutely flawless!! Your spicy Mac and cheese is exactly what the world needed!! "I'm using a whole stick of butter 'cause I'm country" is a life motto! ❤ Also, don't let anyone shame you over MSG! I've read into it, and it really only causes headaches in less than 1% of people. Typically if you already have a migraine disorder, then you might have a bad reaction. Almost everyone else is okay though! Not to mention, so many restaurants (yes, far more than just Chinese restaurants) use MSG in their foods, and people never even realize it -- I used to work in a Mexican restaurant, and half of our dishes had MSG; no one ever complained 😂

i try and tell ppl that but they dont want to hear me! if you eat out its a 100% chance you eat msg. plus its also naturally occuring in many foods. glad you enjoyed the video!

I just want to piggyback off this comment, and I agree! MSG, along with so many other things, have been demonized. Some are allergic to it in the same way that many are allergic to peanuts or strawberries.

100%!! The msg hate is so unjustified and the fear is only based on a myth. Msg shouldn’t have ever been demonised! It really does help food taste 1000x better!!

BRAVO Camirra - the li'l clumps WILL make for a crunchier coating. And the whole world that doesn't have a frying thermometer uses that nifty trick of using a wooden utensil to know if oil is hot enough - it is when the moisture in wood BUBBLES around it. Going to make this AND your other friends chicken recipes ... and candied yams, like Great Grandma did {b. 1894}. Thanks 💛
