Yes,this is Chaka Khan's sister Taka Boom,she sounds a little bit like her sister Chaka, Taka is from the Undisputed Truth.ya'll remember the song "Smiling Faces Sometimes" from the early 70's,my parents do.

This episode was more very late 79 almost going into 80.The co-ed dance partners continued on til fall 1980.It was the late part of 80 or early 81 that they started dancing without a partner.
