She doesn’t tell Frisk not to come back, but is here more than willing to welcome them into her home if they want. Combine that with Chara and Flowey in this and this might actually be both my favorite subcategory of Underfell and AU of Undertale.

*Ahem* Actually, while that's true, he's actually replicating Lil Cal from the webcomic Homestuck. Lil Cal's a doll that seemingly moves around and freaks his owner's little brother out all the time, which is what happened with Papyrus lmao There's a couple Homestuck references in the items in the shop, which is the only reason I can say with confidence Fresh is being Lil Cal, and not some other similarly moving character-- But either way, just as creepy x'D
