Ok so I have basically done everything that you'd did and the sky wars on my server is going great! Me and my friends have been having a lot of fun, except there's some problems. We don't take fire damage and fall damage. snow balls and eggs and bows do no knock back and damage too (our server is a 1.8 server). and when one of us falls into the void we don't die and just spawn back in the our hub. I've tried going into the config to fix these issues but I'm having trouble, some help would be awesome. Edit: Ok never mind! It was just a problem with deluxe hub interfering with the plugin.

If you have global pvp off, no it won't work. Use world guard plugin to just world guard you're waiting lobby to have pvp deny. Then you can pvp in game.
