I made a Native American flute last year in f# and I find it a great tool for my anxiety! Never thought of tuning folks!! Boy… your opening up my world, brings me gratitude and joy!!! To add something else, I just did reiki for the first time and she instantly knew my traumas and knew who caused them without her knowing anything about me other then I had cancer!
