Wonderful information! Really great, helpful descriptions of the different fork frequencies. However, I've been taught to hold the forks only by the handle, without touching the fork part (to allow the fork to vibrate freely as long and powerfully as possible). I like using the weighted OM (136.10 hz), which is the vibration of the heart and of life, and the Otto 128 for healing muscle, joints etc. I have a med. rose quartz foot on the latter and a large amethyst foot on the former (the quartz crystals amplify the energy). When I use them together, because their hertz frequencies are so close, it creates some dissonance which allows for any blockages to loosen up and dissolve. They're wonderfully relaxing. :) Thanks for all you share, to contribute to getting these wonderful sound healing tools out where people can begin to take back our own healing power - it's all in our bodies!

I ordered a 128 tuning fork that was recommended for me by a friend. I have had a hip replacement and I'm concerned about the pin in my leg. I have not received my own tuning fork yet but the ones I have borrowed feel great especially my hands. The doctor said I have trigger finger. They ake and any vibration feels good. Hi Thank you for the tuning fork demonstration. I can clearly see the effect as you worked your way down your body. I have recently completed a tuning fork course it was so enjoyable, informative and practical. I use the 8 harms ( Lower C, D, E, F, G,A,B,Higher C and work with 2 or 3 tuning forks in the bio field. I have also learnt to use the OTTO set of weighted forks 32hz, 128hz & 64hz, my favourite tuning fork to use on myself is the 32hz on my skin, to activate the lymphaic system.

I use sacred waves tuning forks (from the sacred waves website). I bought the 9 chakra tuning fork set and I noticed when I play the “soul star” one, I have dejavu and dream remembering from years ago. It feels like I am living several lives at once. There is definitely a noticeable effect. I used the heart chakra and solar. When I do the 3rd eye, I stop having paranoid feelings. I also got an organ tuning set which includes like 18 forks. I tried the one on my pancreas and colon and suddenly I had sharp pain, meaning I had to heal these parts more. I’m still experimenting but I like the several forks for specific areas rather than just two. its hard and annoying to keep track of but everyday I can focus on a part of me. There is definitely something to this.

This is a wonderful video. Thank you. I have a set of Schumann forks as well but they are tuned slightly differently. The maker took the 3rd octave of 7.83 at 62.64 and made two forks that are equally distanced apart from the 3rd octave ie at 58.725 and 68.55. The difference tone or binaural beat is still 7.83 hz which the brain supposedly entrains to …. I don’t which methodology is better or more scientifically correct but the result is very pleasing to hear and sense/feel

same way as you would do for a person. Place the fork near the animal and feel if there are resistant distortions and if you feel it, just hold it there until you feel a release

I like to understand the difference between the Tuning Fork Set "194,18Hz, 210,42Hz, 126,22Hz, 136,1Hz, 141,27Hz, 172,06Hz, 221,23Hz, 272,2Hz" and the tuning forks with frequencies listed as "174Hz, 285Hz, 396Hz, 417Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, 741Hz, 852Hz, 963Hz" corresponding to each chakra frequencies. Sorry about my bad English. I find some different fork kits to buy, but I don't understand the difference between these frequencies. Both works? Thank you for share these videos

Brian: hello! I have been dealing with debilitating shoulder pain for 9 months or so from too much yard work. I purchased a weighted 128 fork and the “hockey puck” stricker…. Received it just today . I am so impressed I want to cry, seriously. I would say 75% of the pain is gone and I will hopefully be able to actually sleep tonight. I will keep up the tuning fork therapy for however long it takes & on other areas as well. I plan to try it on my little dog too. Ya never know!
