You don’t need gloves if you wash your hands frequently. You’d have to be changing your gloves constantly if you did. Have you ever seen anyone make sushi? Most real sushi chefs don’t wear gloves.

Brother I love your work,am about to take over a small sushi bar and I have a question.Is it okay to prepare sushi in advance like that you have to just cut them during the rush hour.It kinda scared me to have alot of order same time.i would be happy to hear any tips or tricks thank you
