JBL SB 190 has poor after sale service, although it sounds good. I got the defective product from amazon india , and it has been two months JBL hasn’t able to repair it yet !! After sale service is not that good as it sound is!! If it works then it is very good but if any problem comes then you will be frustrated to get it resolved from JBL. Update: After three months and three visits of technician, it finally got repaired. Experience of Watching movies is enhanced but service from JBL side is very frustrating.

Technician has visited twice , first time to check the fault and second time bringing the new pcb after one month, after fitting the new pcb also , it was not powering on , so again ordered the second PCB and as of today it is two months has passed JBL is not able to close the complaint.

But if any problem arises as in my case defective arrival from amazon india then JBL India complaint resolving time is very slow. Even amazon will not help as it is clearly mentioned replacement/repair from service centre.

I have been using Sony HTS20R from past 4 years and its been great experience. HTS20R is good in all means except muddy vocals and less music clarity at high volume.
