Thanks for a great review. I appreciate your depth and opinions. I have the Liberty 3 Pros, Liberty 4NC, and Liberty 4s. My go-to is the Liberty 4. The Liberty 3 Pros are a bit bulky, and the Liberty 4 NC sound isn't as balanced without dual drivers. I would get the Libert4 pro but my std Liberty 4s still sound as good as when I bought them a year ago

Thanks for another great review man! I was waiting for this one! I like the standard stem design; I haven't found a problem with that where I have realized greater inconsistent fit with stemless. Never tried the Liberty 3 Pro though and I do have over-large ear canals (the 14mm Spinfit Omni XL gets the job done...but some cases/buds won't accommodate unfortunately). The ANC on these doesn't seem as great as some others would suggest. The Bose just blew them away and your observations are consistent with Soundguys analysis as reflected in their ANC graph. It appears that the cheaper Earfun Air Pro 4 or even the Samsung Buds FE may be a better value at least in this regard. Like you, I think the case is a bit gimmicky. At least Soundcore went back to a standard nozzle and round tips...after the Liberty 4NC. However, I would have expected the Soundcore App to be a bit better than just an 8 band EQ absent sub bass adjustment...

Very detailed review. I think the only thing missing in your reviews now is Live ANC test with some reviews e.g Regan Cypher use to test ANC real time. Binaural ANC test he calls it, i believe that's the only thing we are missing here and getting those will definitely make you the absolute best reviewer for headphones. Please get the new tech as soon as possible

I recommend you review those brands that are currently hot in the market like Tribit they have the "Stormbox Blast 2", "Stormbox 2" and "Stormbox Mini". There's other audio equipment manufacturers as well that offer premium quality products such as Soundcore's "Select 4 Go", W-King's "X20, Sony's "ULT Field 1" and Skull Candy's "Barrel" just to name a few. I hope you will join the Wireless Speaker trend soon. Can't wait to hear your assessment on this type of items.

I'm with you in that case controls are a gimmick. Fun to play with for the 1st hour & then forgotten. Except for the remote phone camera controls which is smart. I'm trying to decide btwn this Liberty 4 pro, earfun air 4pro & oneplus buds 3 pro. Which would you choose? TIA

Hey, thanks for stopping by here and the comment! Much appreciated! That's a tough choice you're making and it will come down to details. For pure music quality I'd go with the One Plus Buds 3 Pro. I listened to them briefly and I remember being blown away. I am currently waiting for my review copy... so they are definitely coming to the channel (hopefully, soon!). The earfün Air Pro 4 is a sure bet, there is almost nothing annoying about them, they really do everything well IMHO and for a waaay better price than the L4 Pro (even phone call quality is great - you can see that in my full review). Let me know what else is important to you in making this choice!

@@papkerson it's definitely similar. There was some sweetness to the L3 Pro sound, the bass was so nicely rounded and natural sounding. The L4 Pro is not worse, IMHO but it's debatable whether it is MUCH better... I feel like it's slightly different. Definitely not worse, no. I guess I just have too much nostalgia for the L3 Pro = it was one of my all time fav earbuds.

Bro i used to love soundcore earbuds the best because they were pioneers of dual drivers in tws. But now others have caught up and have even exceeded Anker. For example the Oneplus buds 3 pro use dual dynamic driver Dyn audio tuned with Dual DAC which gives better details than these and also have a better ANC. The Samsung buds 3 pro by far the best sounding tws now with dual dynamic drivers ( tweeter + bass DD) with Dual Amplifiers. They have one the widest soundstage and also even better ANC than oneplus. At 70usd the realme air 6 pro sound as detailed as the liberty 4 and have nicer bass but surely do the feel as premim as the liberty 4 pro and with less ANC performance but for the price, they are worth it. In sale may be they can go as low as 50usd. Also there were Oppo enco air 3 pro which sounded better than even the realmes but had terrible battery life. Oppo enco X2 were as good or even better than the Oneplus buds 2 pro. Probably wait for the Oppo encore X3, i think they will be awesome as Oppo has been really tuning their products just fabulously without much advertising or fancy gimmicks.

Which brand is in Your opinion most reliable in the world of TWS earbuds ? I own many soundcore products. Bigger devices like portable loudspeakers or headphones work great without issues, even after long time. The problem is with the miniature earbuds only. I bought until now 2 soundcore earbuds. First one liberty3pro broke down after 1 year, second one l4nc broke after 3 months..... Their funcionality, anc and sound was great, but zero reliability. It is totally unacceptable for me that brand new earbuds work properly only few months.... Do you think expensive earbuds branded by Sony, Technics, JBL, Edifier will be significantly more reliable, or maybe similiar crap ?

Honestly, that is almost impossible to answer. I feel like the moment I tell you my opinion, someone else will chime in and say "I had that brand and it's total s***". Equipment breaks. There are duds out there... and you also never know what people do with their electronics so it's insanely difficult to tell whether they are all about the same or one brand has better reliability than others. One thing I CAN tell you - based on my own experience and reports from other people here Bose does take good care of the complaints and just keeps replacing the earbuds when they go bad. Sony does have a reputable service and I haven't heard too many stories of people walking away with an un-solved issue when something breaks. SoundPEATS do seem to have great service but I did hear several stories of ultimately unhappy clients (myself I never had an issue with a SoundPEATS product... and I have almost every earbud they ever released... but then I also never had a malfunctioning set from Soundcore, either... so maybe I'm just lucky. I think going with the bigger brands that have a well-oiled customer service machine in place is definitely giving you a better peace of mind. Whether you like their products more than other brands... that will be up to you (hopefully ,y reviews help with that). Let me know if this helps!

could You compare sound quality and ANC to soundcore liberty4NC, or other models priced around 90-130 $ ?? Do you think newest Liberty4pro are worth to pay 2x more than popular Liberty4NC ? After my L3pro broke, im using L4nc as my daily earbuds. I wanted to buy something more refined as my second pair of earbuds. Im considering: Technics AZ80 or Liberty4pro. Price difference between Technics and Soundcore is quite big, almost 100%. Which one model could You recommend more - but not only for high quality music listening, more like daily multipurpose earbuds ? (important for me are: ANC, sound quality, comfort + app).

Hey! Thanks so much for the comment. So... this is a complex and not super easy reply. IN GENERAL, after you saying ANC, sound quality and comfort are the most important for you - I would NOT purchase the L4 Pro over the L4NC. There's just not eough there to warrant paying 2x the price. Other features may make it worth it but the difference - especially in sound quality - will not knock you off your feet. In terms of ANC you may be even better off with what you currently have. Upgrading to Technics AZ80 is a whole different story. The sound quality is super sweet with the AZ80 and the ANC is definitely better than the L4 Pro. Is it better than the L4NC? I would say that's going to be debatable. Comfort will depend on how the AZ80 works for you vs the stem earbuds. They are very different. I love them. I went on long flights with them and I couldn't be happier but there are some people out there that will tell you it's a hit or miss with the fit and comfort. One fantastic = and often overlooked - little detail about the AZ80 is the eartips that completely block the wax from getting on the earbuds nozzle. I hope this helps!

They are excellent for the price, but I personally dislike the high-gloss finish. It makes them appear cheap to me. I also have mixed feelings about the display on the charging case and the fit of the earbuds themselves. They looked funny in my ears. Take all that as you will, as this is just my personal opinion. However, I decided to return them and purchase a pair of Liberty 3 Pros instead.
