OMG this is crazy!!! How much experience is required to adjust all of this settings JUST OUT OF MIND, and have a nice sound! :) This so multidimensional, that I'm really wonder if we, as humanity, will be ever able to play at least a small part of what is possible :)

Very important to talk about the special talents that Montage and MODX got. Now it's up to us to figure out how to incorporate that into our performances in the most musical way possible.

The Fantom is easier to use for sure… but The Modx / Montage are in my view a better workstation although they do not have a sampler but can import samples… always pros and cons… :)

@@soundformore so if i wanted to use samples for the remixes they both are wrong tools for me?
@soundformore Жыл бұрын
If you want to do lots of work with samples they are not the right tools.. an MPC Keys would work better… for example the Fantom has only be audio track and it is not a normal audio track as it is used to record pad triggering… have you though about Korg Nautilus? 16 audio tracks, great sampler…

is the fantom series 0 sequencer more easier to use/ is it more intuitive?
@soundformore Жыл бұрын
I would say that the sequencer in the Fantom is closer to what you see in Ableton Live as style… the sequencer in the montage and Modx has been added later and offer quite a lot of functionalities in some cases more than what the Fantom has, but as it was a later addition suffers a bit of the in some cases not user friendly UI… lots of more menu dive in and out… but you will find less functionalities in the Fantom 0…
