It’s actually not because of that, it’s from the fact that they isolate each track in the song, so the other guitar gets muted completely.

Lead singer of soundgarden, Chris Cornell has one of the best voices all time. Not even in the 90s. He is top 10 voices all time. This song alone was also on the top charts when it came out and still is one of the most popular grunge songs from the 90s. No one sings like him anymore. Everyone relies on autotune. Respect other people’s music taste, as soundgarden is much better than what is sang nowadays.
