Soundgarden's Chris Cornell on writing music for movies

Chris Cornell, front man for the group Soundgarden, is about to embark on a new tour with his band and also has a studio album in the works. Over the years, he's kept busy with numerous side projects, including writing songs for movies like the theme song for the new film "The Promise." Anthony Mason reports.

I watched this show. I just happen to catch it because my sister was watching. I heard them say his name and went running. I never watch tv, but on this particular Saturday, I was glued. I wish we could get him back. Such a timeless and amazing songwriter. RIP

Why didnt he just postpone the tour until he felt better? Ive seen other pop stars cancel the remainder of tours due to health reasons, so why couldnt he do it? I dont understand. He'd be alive today. We love you Chris.
